Grace Damasco, NP

Living in New York City, Grace experienced firsthand the transformative power of meditation and how consistent practice could foster resilience and well-being amid the urban hustle. After earning her BSN from The College of New Jersey, Grace started her early career as a Surgical RN at Mount Sinai Hospital and NYP Cornell, where she developed foundational clinical skills and a hands-on approach to healing. During these years, her perspective of integrative health was further enriched by leisure travels throughout Europe, gaining insight into holistic lifestyles that optimized health.She later pursued her MS degree from Pace University, where she became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, leveraging her Surgical background into the fields of Breast Surgery, followed by Urology. Here, she collaborated with Surgeons to manage and deliver complex patient care in both benign and malignant conditions. Dedicated to expanding her holistic approach, Grace pursued a Lifestyle Medicine …certification, becoming a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She is currently advancing her expertise through an Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona, while embodying the work and delivering patient care at WCM Integrative Health.
