If I could leave zero stars I would. My mother's doctor is on vacation. We saw this nurse practitioner instead. Got an appointment right the next day. During the visit we had concerns that we wanted noted in her file for the doctor's return. She REFUSED to document our concerns. When I addressed that the medication she is currently on has made her worse and to please note in her file.REFUSAL. I asked her to check my mother's ears for excess wax because she can't hear. She refused to even look in her ears,but my mother has a referral for hearing aids. She has to see another doctor just to have someone look at her ears. This nurse practitioner said she doesn't do that. All of our concerns were refused to be documented because "she doesn't want to and she doesn't have to.". I asked that she write down our concerns for when the doctor returns, she refused. I asked her to document her refusal and was told NO! Next call the insurance company to report this. I will say that I said some words… for her and now she refuses to see my mother. Thank God. When doctors don't actually listen to their patients because of thinking they know everything. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILY OVER MEDICAL CONCERNS. DOCUMENT THEIR ISSUES SO THEY CAN BE ADDRESSED.
