Our first visit. Everything went smoothly, and the staff in the office was nice. Dr. Liu and team did a thorough exam, and she took time to explain her findings with my husband and I. She was very professional and had a nice demeanor with our 8 year old.

Our experience was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care and kindness. Even with my two kids, the process was so smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and their patience truly meant a lot to me as a parent. We were in and out so quickly, yet never felt rushed — just genuinely cared for. I left feeling grateful and impressed by how easy and pleasant they made the entire experience.

Dr. Liu was absolutely amazing - she and all of the staff were so lovely and did such a great job managing our visit with our 10 month old! Not only was our experience amazing, but it’s clear that Dr. Liu and her entire care and admin team are very skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Liu specifically!!

Dr Grace Liu was very gentle with my sensitive daughter and made her at ease, even with the eye drop. She’s also very thorough and explains everything in detail. The clinic was very clean and child friendly. Highly recommend.
