Great doctor, takes time to explain the problem. Takes the we are partners in improving your health approach!!!!!

The doctor is great with her interaction with patients when you get to meet her. But the front desk is very rude and the wait is too long sometimes going over an hour. Getting doctors advice over phone is difficult. Need to modernize their office.

Doctor Grace possesses an unlimited degree of care and compassion in the classical sense of physicians in primary care and specialized medicine. Had it not been for her patience, dynamic listening skills, and empathy, I would have lost my life. She is confident, has good judgment, and the ability to question and ponder to bring forth information that may assist in proper treatment and diagnosis. She is empathetic, personable, forthright, respectful and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend her as a family physician and specialist. I was misdiagnosed from complications that merely cost me my life. Today, I owe my ability to walk, speak, work, and breathe to her extraordinary knowledge in medicine, compassion for life, and quality assurance in health care.

Great sense of humor, Very caring, Accuracy diagnosing and great Service. I use to live in Montgomery County, but later moved to the Southern portion of the County. My travel time now to the Gaithersburg Office is about an hour and a half. I would gladly travel two or more hours to see Dr. Sagayadan if needed.

Courtesy, caring and respectful; I find that these qualities are hard to come by this day and time with doctors. But not with Dr. Sagayadan, she was my doctor in DC and I followed her to Gaithersburg which increased my travel time by an hour. It was well worth it.

I would write instructions down for staff on how to direct patients to get to office.Also would not have them overbook patients. Could be more courteous and take customer service class since many of the patients are foreigners and senior citizens. Dr. Grace is great.

I am really greatful that I found Dr. Sagayadan. She is a wonderful doctor, very careing. The wait time is sometimes a little bit long but I feel like she spend the amount of time that the patients need to be cared for properly.Thanks Doc...

She was able to find what was wrong with me when several other doctors were unable to find it! good job and very pleasant

Dr. Sagayadan is a great doctor, pleasant to her patients and will spend whatever time is needed with you. However her the work ethics of her staff need to improve.

She is a great doctor but she always runs behind. I had the first appt. for the day and still had to wait 45 minutes because she was not even in the office yet.
