Dr. Grady Michael Holder, MD

In the early 1980's and watched him deteriorate into drug and alcohol abuse that ultimately led to a botched vasectomy when he showed up sweaty, in cowboy boots and drunk. He was placed in a mental care facility where he assaulted a nurse with a knife trying to leave. Over time as a doctor he was hyper -- anxious to get in and out with all my appointments. If I talked too much for him, he would cut me off and tell me to schedule another appointment. he is an addict. I believe in second chances, but not with my doctor! Practice needs to drug test him weekly!

Gave my daughter an MMR by mistake when she was an infant . She should not have received an MMR at that time. It was years ago , but still a huge mistake.

Very unprofessional and argumentative. I will never see him again. Think he's off his meds or on to many. Dr Jeckle - Mr Hyde!

Dr. Holder was my doctor for many years up through his time of troubles. I would still be with him if I had not married and my medical insurance changed to a network he is not involved in. He was an excellent doctor who could diagnose my health problems quickly and accurately. He provided simple treatments that changed my life! For example, I had stomach pains for years on again and off again and had even had a hospital stay due to this. He was the one who heard me out, then pushed the insurance for immediate testing and diagnosed me with kidney stones and a treatment plan to follow. I would completely recommend him based off of my time with him in spite of his past personal struggles.

I was a patient of Dr. Holder for 15 to 20 years. I went with him for all that time because I trusted and genuinely liked him. Circumstances forced me to move out of state but if i had not I would still be one of his patients.

Refuses to listen to patient about pain and mental issues, saying everything is fine. Will provide methadone to patients who frustrate him. Not a good healthy doctor for those who need honest treatments

Dr. Holder is rude, abrupt, sarcastic, delusional, uncaring and nasty. Only ONE issue is allowed per visit, he can't keep up with a conversation, is demeaning and a general pain. I've seen reviews on other sites that state even worse things, I can't recommend this person to anyone. After seeing the Channel 9 News video about him, I AM NOT SURPRISED.

Rushed appointment. Didn't listen. Told me medicaid patients are only allowed 15 minutes period. Very condescending. I would recommend no Healthcare than seeing this guy.

This is by far the most OBNOXIOUS, sarcastic, impatient, wackjob I've EVER had the mispleasure of seeing! Every visit he just gets worse! He actually has delusions-somebody needs to review his former charges of substance abuser, I'm certain he's back on the booze/drugs.
