Dr. Graeme C.m. Archer

My wife is currently in the hospital and is being released. Dr. Clark asked her to follow up with her Primary doctor. My wife doesn’t currently have a primary doctor as she is not sick much. I use Dr. Archer as my primary doctor so I call the clinic on J ST. where Dr. Archer works. I spoke to Carla at the front desk. She informed me that Dr. Archer would not be able to see my wife as she was not a current patient. I let her know what the condition was and requested my wife see Dr. Archer as he is my primary. The lady Carla told me that was not possible in a week. I’m assuming my money is not good enough for the Mercy Health care system. Never heard of someone that works for Mercy to treat people so bad or rude on the phone. I will say I think Dr. Archer is a good doctor but it is unfortunate that Mercy allows people work for them and be so rude and unhelpful. I hope this is not a trend in the Mercy system.

If you value your health you will seek another doctor and facility.

He is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. My 4 year old used to be afraid of doctor visits, but Dr. Archer changed that. He now pretends that he is a doctor, and told me today that he wants to be Dr. Archer when he grows up. He knew immediately what kind of bug bite we were dealing with, and treated it appropriately. He also answered all of my questions. The nurses and other staff at the Mercy clinic were also very courteous. Even though it is a 45 minute drive for us, I would recommend Dr. Archer any day.
