Dr. Graham Arthur Garrison, MD

Coming from a family of Medical Care providers, I truly think Dr. Garrison and his team are in the lower level of of quality regarding the service they offer, and here are the reasons: - Dr. Garrison team is poorly organized in record keeping, managing appointments and scheduling exams. - They received my records from an ER attention, ahead of the time of my appointment, but he and assistant never cared about checking the info, claiming the info wasn't received. And requested a new head MRI. - After his assistant scheduled my MRI in another city without checking with me, they canceled and never booked it back until my questioning of it. - Then at MRI time I found out I was being charged for 3 MRI, which have never been discussed. - In addition, in face of a messy situation in that regard, listening to me talking with his secretary, he never cared about explaining himself to me or excuse about the whole miscommunication, poor agenda and record keeping, or most importantly… explain me why he was requesting an exam not previously discussed... If Dr. Garrison, cannot drive his team, carefully look at his patients records and request exams out of the blues, to increase the incomes of the institution on his behalf, that is certainly not the kind of health providing I am looking for attending me or receiving my money. I am a DVM, certified Equine Surgeon, with 15 years of experience, and I can provide better health care than that.
