I hope this is the same dr. Hamilton that seen me at Kaiser, He was so nice to me he really cared how i felt . I had a accident and fractured my left foot i called the clinic and asked for dr Hamilton they told me that he know longer works at Kaiser.l went to the clinic and i talk about Dr. Hamilton how nice he was to me, he reall y cares about his patients

do not explain me anything and just give me a cortisone shot to release the pain, The pain does not go away, since I told him there is tiny glass that Xray, MRI could not see that. although i told him that I could feel the foreign objects, as it hurts to me all the time evenwhen I laying on bed, it is not plantar fasciitis he just ignore that my feeling and until today the pain still last for 2 month.

I went to see him several times from the first day he never even tried to touch my ankle or foot, his diagnosis was just that i was too heavy and needed bariatric surgery. No xrays, no mri, just an absolute lack of effort to see if he was able to help at all. Now after a constant battle for an mri that i had to get thru another doctor turns out i need heel recontructive surgery. Would have been nice to know that 2 years ago. Worst podiatrist experience I have ever had.

I was 10 minutes late bringing my 85 year old mother to her appointment and he refused to see us. We had to reschedule for another day. I went through a lot to get her there. I drove 20 miles from another city to pick her up and take her there. She is not able to walk without help. She lacks mobility. It was a stressful process but we made it. Now she has to go through the same thing again. He was not helpful nor did he exhibit empathy for his patient. The staff apologized profusely.
