Dr. Graham Richmond Huckell, MD

This doctor had me go there for five months went through their physical therapy. Did everything they told me to do when time to schedule surgery at the last minute they tell me I need a lawyer to sign off for no fault when I have $120,000 in coverage, this doctor wasted my time and will not do surgery unless I have a lawyer sign A document I would not go to the doctors office waste of energy and time took a lot of my no-fault money and now I have to go see other doctors and do this process all over again. Communication is everything they lack Common sense the doctor and the staff I’ll be taking my business somewhere else

Not satisfied with my recent treatment at Pinnacle. I've had several synvisc one injections since 2019 never had a reaction until Doctor's PA assistant Cassy gave me an injection that led to severe synvotitus so they say three hours after my injection my leg explodes three the size filled with fluid. I was restricted from any activities, couldn't walk, extreme pain so bad I had to be seen in ER two days later. I was referred back to Pinnacle to see Dr. Huckle to drain my knee for to get some relief. I left my cane when I called ambulance so I waited about two hours just to finally see the doctor. I was emergency so he seen all these others patience first before treating my knee. Then sent me back to ER to take blood test. Meanwhile it took more than a week before I had to call for my results, terrible attention to a patient (me) that had to call to find out my test results. Then medical assistant tried to give me medical advice told me she would give doctor message an told me he… wouldn't drain my knee again and continue my home care. I asked was she authorized to give medical advice if not I wanted the doctor to contact me. He never called. Another assistant finally called to follow-up. Long story short the doctor documented I could no longer receive synvisc injections and he recommended not give me an alternative to have surgery. A good doctor would have said when your ready we can do surgery. I'm not going back to cortisone because those shots are useless and deteriorate your bones. Not in my best interest as far as I can see. I don't want a doctor to do surgery on my knee if this is how he treats a patient that had a reaction to an injection on there watch. I believe Cassy went to deep hit a vein or nerve and further injured my knee. I don't trust patient care here anymore. I will be taking other actions to get the care I need. It seems that as an Orthopedic doctor would understand that people want to have their original limbs as long as possible to many possible complications with surgical procedures. Until I'm unable to withstand pain I will not be getting a knee transplate

Neither the medical tech nor the doctor introduced themselves to me. Despite filling out a history form, my meds and history weren't available to the doctor. Another girl came and entered the information into the computer. No one seemed to know what they were doing except the x--ray tech. She was professionally dressed and very nice. The doctor's cold manner and the office tech's tattoos, piercings, and wearing her winter coat were big turn-offs.

Dr Graham Huckle did my total hip replacement back in 2005 and I thank god every day that I was referred to him. I have had no problems with my hip for 13 years and absolutely no pain. He is a“right to the point“ doctor and tells you exactly what you can do and leaves the decision to you . He truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.

Have confidence that he.s the best in his field.

Dr. Huckell is a great doctor whose helped me with my knee problems significantly. His staff is very nice and welcoming. Whenever I have had a problem they are very easy to get ahold of and very accomodating. I can't say enough good things about his P.A. Cassie. She is a wonderful addition to his practice. After my first surgery the staff called me at home to make sure I was doing okay.

WOW, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. HAD XRAY THEN MRI. FOLLOWUP TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY LEG. EXPECTED TO SEE DR. HUCKELL, BUT A PA CAME IN AND JUST READ THE REPORT. SUGGESTED SURGERY I SAID, ISN'T THERE AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE SITUATION? BY THE WAY WHERE IS DR. HUCKELL, OH HE IS BUSY WITH ANOTHER PATIENT. FROM THE TIME I CAME IN WHICH WAS 8:30 AM UNTIL DR. HUCKELL STARTED TAKING PATIENTS WAS 9:40. HE WAS ROAMING AROUND THE WAITING ROOM, WALKING INTO THE INSIDE AREA AND TALKING TO THE GIRLS AT THE DESK WHERE THE TREATMENT ROOMS ARE AND FINALLY ROAMS OUT AGAIN, HAVING ALL OF THE PATIENTS JUST LOOKING AT HIM WASTING TIME. THEN NOT TO EVEN GET HIM TO DISCUSS MY MRI OR PROBLEM WITH MY LEG, WAS A USELESS VISIT. THE PA WAS NOT TOO KNOWLEDGEABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. HOPE THESE VISITS IMPROVE OR I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER PLACE TO BE GENUINELY TAKEN CARE OF IN A MORE SHORTER LENGTH OF TIME.

Waited for over an hour before the PA even came in. Doctor has absolutely no bed side manners as he walked right past me to the computer without introducing himeself or even making eye contact with me. Was very quick to determine i needed surgery which was later confirmed by my next doctor to be worthless and instead i received regular old medicine which cure my knee problem. His secretary apparently could not read my insurance card and therefore charged my $10 less than owed. Then they sent my $10 bill to a collection agency even though i put a check in the mail to cover the difference. Terrible experience that continues even though im long gone from his awful "care"

My initial thought of being treated by a doctor 65 miles from home was how much I do not like car travel, and why could a local doctor not treat me. After my first visit to Dr. Huckell, I was so glad I was referred to him. Besides his being a very competent doctor, he explains things to the patient in a way you can understand. He also put the choice of surgery in my hands. I will continue to see him for any needs I have that fall into the special services he provides. An excellent surgeon.
