While having sincere compassion my result changed my life. I had dislocated a hip replacement done by Dr. J Spaw. I presented to CSMC on a Sunday morning around 3 am with excruciating pain that comes with a dislocated procedure. Dr Spaw did not want to come in (can’t blame him on a Sunday at 3am). Upon Dr. Rowland’s relocation process the hip was broken. I was sent on my way. After months and months of severe pain I realized I was uninformed of the resultant break in the hip. Dr. Spaw did not inform me in latter following months either. I discovered this only when seeking a second opinion. By that time it was too late for any remedy—muscle had formed around the break. I can barely walk almost two years later. I wish I had been informed earlier as to possibly obtain a positive outcome.

I couldn’t have asked for better care than Dr. Rowland provided me. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable.. the top expert in the area for sports medicine.
