Worse care in my life was received from THE MOST UNCARING Dr. in Gainesville, GA, Dr. Greg Herzog. NEVER AGAIN will a man grab me, flip around, & smash my 34-D’s chest in his back!!!! OUCH!!! Dr. Herzog said “no pain” when ripping out bone pins with plier. HERZOG & his horrible nurse were WRONG. They heard me screaming in pain and they didn’t care!!!! They offer Heartless care and Horrible torcher where your screams go on deaf ears! Nobody cares! Nobody! Dr. Herzog knows my dissatisfaction and has NEVER bothered to return any call, or any email or answer my complaint. NEVER AGAIN Will Dr. Herzog manhandle me. I was on the table speaking to him about the procedure to remove pins from my arm. I was explaining I had watched several you tube videos on "How to remove pins from broken bones" & was asking him to try the “glove" removal method, as it seemed less painful. (This was after he REFUSED to numb my wrist! Then he told me he had NOTHING IN HIS OFFICE the numb me). Before I finished… sentence, He grabbed my arm, pulling my arm back around his waist with my breast into his back. I could not see what he and his nurse were doing to my arm! YOU'RE FIRED HERZOG! I WAS BEGGING HIM TO Stop. Screaming it hurts!!! He DID NOT CARE. He is HORRIBLE HERZOG!!! And Shavon is just as heartless!!! I am only 114 lbs. HERZOG treated me like a 12 year old!!! Most DISRESPECTFUL Doctor I have ever met!

Not a happy camper. I was rushed thru like cattle, by an UNCARING and HORRIBLE doctor and his RUDE nurse, offered most horrible care with worse bedside manners, I have ever experienced. They are both Rude. Smirky. “This won’t hurt” as you as quiver in UNNECESSARY pain. ???? Their “not sorry” for crappy care and the pain they caused, BLOWS me away!!!

Worse care I have ever rec’d was by Dr. Greg Herzog. My experience was so devastated that he will never, ever , never touch me again. I recommend you seek for more caring, skilled, competent and compassionate caregiver. He was none of those to me.

HORRIBLE CARE recd for my broken hand by the WORSE orthopedic doctor in North GA. Herzog is the most Uncaring, zero compassion, cold, horrible, untrustworthy, bad attitude will NEVER treat me again. Told me he had nothing in his office to numb my hand. He manhandled me!!! There are Creepy see thru mirrors in the exam room!!! Pervert!

Nasty and uncaring. Rough. Cold. You and the worse nurse I have ever met, with MOST terrible attitude, are fired. DONT GO THERE.

Disappointed with care given by Doctor. My request fell on uncaring and unconcerned ears and both attitudes of nurses and doctors was like no other I have witnessed,, very bad bed side manners. Cold. Disrespectful.

Worse care ever received in 58 years. I mean BONE CHILLING PAIN with my screams falling on Uncaring EARS.

Terrible care received. Staff is also just as Cold & Uncaring. Won’t be going back.
