The best doctor ever! He actually listens to everything you say. He connects with kids and adults. He is so open and very happy always. I am proud to have met a doctor like him. Because of him I will be a doctor one day!

He can be that guy—that condecending, hubristic, egocentric doctor. Made fair assessments, but with flamboyant arrogance. He keeps a sharp, righteous eye on the college students (causing biased judgments). Fun fact: he is just like the medic from Team Fortress 2!

I have been very happy with Dr. Jesteadt as my physician. I moved here from CT 4 years ago and have been with HFP for 3 years. He really wants to try and understand what is wrong and how he can help fix the illness. My visits have largely been for acute illness (sinus infection, pink eye, etc) but I am very happy with his medical expertise. He also has a great bedside manner and is personable. I would highly recommend him.

what a great guy! i have pretty bad anxiety about male health professionals, and got him due to a time constraint, and i'm so glad. the receptionist reassured me he's good, worked with me, and the nurses were fantastic. and then he very warmly and honestly talked to me without me feeling like i was being judged or attacked.

The office staff at this facility is difficult on a good day. They are unfriendly and abrupt in scheduling, and greeting. Dr. Jesteadt has a poor bedside manner and can only focus on one issue at a time. The only thing he has handled well is when I am there with a cold, flu or infection that requires only the most standard of work up. He does not respect the opinions of other physicians and has openly criticized specialists that he sent me to.

Dr. Greg Jesteadt is a very skilled physician. Good sense of humor, good bedside manner, laid back but very dedicated to his patients and is committed to Family Medicine as a specialty. He loves his job so he'll do his best and will refer if needed. Family docs have very broad based skill sets and yet Greg has even more skills than most. Does many of his own procedures so doesn't have to refer as much as many family docs. Highly recommend.

Dr. J is flat out awesome! He is not certified as a pediatrician but he is the only person that my husban and I will take our son to see. My son is only 2 years old and since birth Dr. J has diagnosed him with 3 life threatening conditions which required our son to have surgery at UVA medical center twice! The first time was when my son was 5 weeks old and the second time was at 10 months and the third was 3 months ago! All 3 conditions were non related to one another and Dr. J got it right the first time around. He didn't make us try some medicines to see if we could fix the problem or send us back and forth to specialist, he got on the phone with UVA and got us seen. The first condition was so severe that UVA upon the initial visit just for an ultrasound, actually admitted our 5 week old immediately and refused to let us leave the hospital with him until he received surgery! Dr. J takes the time to talk to us on every visit. Even during the well baby check up! He answers any… questions we have and always provides a friendly handshake. We think so highly of him that on occasion we have gone without seeing a doctor until he was back in the office. We truly feel blessed to have found him and most times not sure were we would be today without his thoroughness!!!!! Dr. J YOU ROCK!!!!!

This is a very busy office and while the front staff is not what I would call warm and fuzzy, they have never been rude as I have seen in other reviews. I have been very happy with Dr. Jesteadt and feel that he really takes the time to listen to you. I have seen Dr. Iudica once and she was also very nice.
