My insurance company said they should have known not to do the cleaning since it was preformed earlier in the same year. Now in collections.

Although we had a mechanical glitch, Dr. Orsimarsi’s professionalism and expertise resolved the problem. This cutting edge dentistry called All on Four was amazing. Painless and easy, the cosmetic results were very satisfying. It’s expensive but worth it. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr Orsimarsi is personable, he cares about you, he processes what you tell him, and I think he is capable (I have no complaints). I think I will keep him until he or I leaves Charleston (SC). The only, minor problem I've had is his staff (not him) sometimes pushes for a service that isn't covered by insurance. No problem for me: I say "no thanks" or I investigate alternatives that are covered.
