Greg has been my dr for 14-15 years, since St Lukes too over I have seen him decompose. Greg was a doctor who cared about his patients. You can se the stress in him since st lukes took over. Patients are not a number, we are humans, get back to where you where, a human who cared about your patients.

Always listens, cares, laughs, spends time with us, and is always concerned with our welfare! Couldn't ask for a better family doctor!!

Honestly, the entire practice is very prompt. The staff is kinda rude in a sense. Meaning, you feel like youre bithering them when you call or come in for thr appointment. Like "oh not another patient"... Dr. G Todd...when i first went to him i was so happy to finally go to a new dr. Was at a pediatrician way beyond the recommended years because was too busy to switch. I have pain and he ran some tests and said to make a follow up visit. The following visits he hardly listened to what i was saying. Very rushed and rude. I thought it was just that one time but it was multiple times within the year. He just simply chocked up my pain to nothing not fully caring at all. He said i was young and shouldnt worry. And then he left. Id rather have a dr that considered my thoughts and feelings and symptoms. But he just rushed in said he didnt know and that i was young. Like, thanks but you didnt help my pain. He kinda just gave up.

The staff is rude and uncaring! I will no longer come here due to the rudeness and self centered staff. Monica needs to leave if she can't handle the job.

I have been a patient with Greg for about 8-9 years, if you are looking for a doctor who cares about his patients, he is your man. He listens gives options and cares about what you say about the options he gives you. He does not force you to do things you are not comfortable doing, like his father Leo does. His father Leo, is you do it my way or no way. I would recommend Greg to anyone, however, I have to say, since they were taken over by Saint Lukeâ??s, the atmosphere has changed and so has the service they provide. When it was a family practice, you were not a number, you were a patient. Trying to make an appointment now, is difficult. Greg has an amazing nurse Wally, she is super, he was lucky the day he hired her. If you have a fear of doctors, Wally, will make you feel like you are her only patient, truly amazing lady. The secretary who does the intake, is horrible, rude and really should not be in that position, she should be in a back office or look for another job. But, if you… are looking for a Great doctor with an Amazing nurse, Greg and Wally are the best!!! No doubt about it!!! I just hate that they took the "family" out of the going to the doctor feeling. I rated them low on ease of appointment and courteous staff because of the Intake lady, she has been there many years and she is rude and a miserable person to deal with.

I will sadly be leaving Dr. Todd after well over 20 years of care because of his staff. At first I felt singled out, however after reading other reviews I now realize they treat everyone poorly. Itâ??s a shame that a good doctor is losing patients because of his staff and yet does not take action. Please notice I said good doctor and not great doctor only because a great doctor would take action to rectify the situation and make appropriate changes to ensure the best care for his patients. I do not recommend going to this office; it ends up being more of a headache than what itâ??s worth.

I selected a 1 star for the staff only because I could not leave it blank. If it were up to me, I would give them a negative number. It's a shame because Dr. Greg Todd is very nice and caring but he should consider hiring new staff if he wants to keep his patients!
