He performed a procedure on my wife, placing feeding tube. He has a thorough understanding of the devices and speaks in plain and simple practical terms and makes his patients feel at ease and he knows what he is talking about. We are very appreciative of his skill-set and no-frills down to earth approach. We like him and his work.

Dr. Alzate gave us a lot of confidence, he is good at what he does and very caring. He treated my daughter as a person and not as another case.

Anyone who would say he is a hack like the user in 2012 has no idea what they are talking about in the field. He's he best- a pioneer. There are many hacks he isn't one of them.

I had a procedure performed by this physician. His bedside manner was awful and the entire procedure was painful from beginning to end. He made inappropriate comments and had complications during the procedure. I spoke to physician friends of mine who hold him in the lowest regards. They call him a "hack". If I had known that I had a choice when selecting this physician (I was in the hospital and the procedure was ordered by my doctor and this doctor was the one who was on duty that day), I would not have gone to him. BEWARE if you are a patient
