Dr. Gregg Ceniza Castillo, MD

This practice has completely lost its way. The staff is shockingly unprofessional—calls are ignored, or worse, picked up only to be hung up on. Appointments are scheduled so far out that patients are left waiting weeks just to be seen, putting health and well-being at serious risk. After 15+ years with Dr. Gregg Castillo, it’s heartbreaking to walk away, but I refuse to gamble my family’s health on an office that treats patients with such disregard. Respect and timely care should be the bare minimum—sadly, you won’t find it here.

I called to make an appointment Dr Castillo comes highly recommended, but with the staff that he has don't bother. Without a doubt they need to be educated on mannerism, and realize that they get paid because of the patients. Hopefully he will do some much needed office cleaning.

Saw Dr. Castillo after a long time! As always, very courteous and thorough. Happy to have him in my area. Only problem used to be one of the front desk ladies but I don't think she works there any more.

Dr Castillo is a very good doctor..he really listens to all your concerns and doesn't rush you...He is not like other doctors that you wait an hour to see them and they only last 5 min with you he tries to help as best as possible..His office staff is great as the comment before said the girls that he had before where awful but the ones he has now are very courteous and caring Yahida is the best..

A really nice guy. Very patient and actually listens. Even though he seems young, he knows a lot and always seems to help every time we go to him.

GREAT GP!At one point he had a terrible staff member but she no longer works there or has really changed her attitude. Otherwise this is where you need to go for fall creek for all GP family practice needs.

Really listens to what you have to say. He is very polite. He is a smart guy and a good doc. I would recommend him to anyone in the area!

I saw Dr. Castillo about a month ago. My wait was probably around 10 minutes. In the appointment, Dr. Castillo spent 45 minutes with me. He listened to my problem fully, gave his opinion, and was open to my opinion. He also was very non-judgmental. He is also very modest and not like some MD's (not all) who are a tad arrogant.He followed up really well. I called him and my call was returned the same hour and we talked for 10 minutes. One month later, I called him and left a message. He called me back 4 times, trying at 3 different times, and calling my home and cell phones. Very good doctor. Me and my family have and will continue to see him as will many other people in the area!

Whenever I have a minor emergency & cannot get an appointment with my regular physician, I visit Dr. Castillo. Now that I have been to his office a few time, I often choose to visit him rather than my regular doctor. Dr. Castillo accepts walk ins with minimal wait time, he listens to my problems & helps me determine a solution, and he is quick to call in a prescription if I need medication for my ailment. He's very polite & professional. I definitely recommend Dr. Castillo.
