Dr Gregg B Hanert, DO

this doctor failed my father, who is 86. When my father complained of pain, this doctor stated that my father always complained of pain and Dr. Hanert did nothing diagnostically. When the care givers took my father to the ER, it was found that he had an undiagnosed kidney infection. The care givers took my father to the ER again when he continued to complain of pain, my father was admitted for gall bladder surgery. All undiagnosed and brushed off by Doctor Hanert. This man should not be allowed to work with geriatric patients.

The wait time to actually see the doctor is horrible. They schedule wayyyy tooo many patients at 15 minute intervals. People's time is important to them, especially those who work. They have to take time off work to see the doctor and if they have to wait unusual amounts of time, it costs them, not the doctor. UNFAIR!

Dr Hanert is a very professional and an excellent Dr would not consider going to anyone else

Dr. Hanert is the most caring and compassionate doctor you will ever find. He is very knowledgeable and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to diagnosing a patients problem. I have no trouble getting an appointment when its an emergency. He follows up on everything he says he will and is never too busy to sit and reassure a patient. Bedside manner is great.

I SEE NOTHING I LIKE THERE ..RUDE DR. AND STAFF.DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS.HIS STAFF ARE TOTAL WITCHES.BUT PUT A B ON IT. I WILL NEVER TELL SOME ON TO GO THERE. THEY DON'T FOLLLOW THOUGH WITH RESULTS.IF YOU CALLIN A YR LATER. TO TELL THEM.... ALSO I GIVE YOU AND YOUR STAFF A ZERO. NO STARS. IF ANY ONE READS THIS PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR FAMILY OUR YOUR SELF TO THIS PLACE.

Dr Hanert is a wonderful person as a Dr... but his staff is very very rude to his patients. I address this issue a few times and they are still very rude something needs to be done about the staff there.  I feel that he needs to wing out the bad staff before he looses all his patients. I have never been treated like that by any staff at a doctors office other then this one here i talk to a few people in this area and they said they left his office over the same reason due to rude disrespectful staff...

Amazing guy, amazing doctor! Kind and very knowledgeable in medicine. He is good at what he does. ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS! SHORT WAITS! Would be glad to make him my regular in the future. A+++ Thank You!!~A Happy Patient
