Dr. Gregg Kaizo Nishi, MD

I came to Dr. Nishi to have my gallbladder out, and he was great and fully explained all my options and the very minor risks. He took the time to make me feel comfortable, and was very professional. I didn't know that you could take out a gallbladder through your belly button, but now that is what I am having done next week.

I came to see Dr. Nishi because I was in need of a surgeon to remove my gallbladder. I was referred to him by my regular doctor, and it was a great recommendation. He spent almost a half an hour with me explaining the options as far as surgery and how they can do it with just one hole in your belly button. He was a great guy, and I am much less nervous about this procedure after speaking with him.

I wish everyone I talk to about the Gastric Bypass surgery could have Dr. Nishi as their Doctor. I also wish everyone I talk to could have their surgery through the Khalili Center....It is the finest of Medical care and the best at follow up.....something you don't usually experience today...They are all gifted Doctor's at the Khalili Center.

I don't know where to begin. Dr. Nishi has operated on several of my family members including myself. My dad had a perforated colon and was very ill but Dr. Nishi saved his life. He was there at the bedside in the ICU (he is also board certified in critical care) and showed so much compassion. When I found out he was a well known weight loss surgeon, I chose him immediately and I couldn't be happier. I just wish all doctors were this good.
