Dr. Gregg Alan Pearson, DO

I have been seen by Dr. Pearson for over 5 years and he has been 1 doctor that takes his time with his patients and listen to your illness. i have never waited over 5 or ten mins in the waiting room and every staff member are very good with what they do. Now my family has moved away and it's so hard for me to find a doctor at this time, its very hard when when been with such a great practice and have to move away. I have been without all of my meds and its not fun at all with pain everyday. Thanks to Dr. Pearson and the staff.

dr. pearson was so great! he spent the time answering my questions and really tried to help us out. he is very knowledgeable and i always feel better when i leave his office. the current office staff is so much better now--they are so kind on the phone and in person. thank you to all! i am so happy dr. pearson is my doctor

I have had nothing but a great experience in this office, everyone friendly, and the Dr. and nurse Practitioner are awesome! I have recommended several people already to this office.

Just had to worse experience I've had calling a MD office in years. So upsetting. I called for a very important matter. One lady answered, I was placed on hold. 20 minutes in. a lady answered was asked if I was being helped I said I was on hold and no. Told her what I needed. She placed me on hold to look into it. 10 more minutes in. NP answered. I asked who answered the phone, was told there where 8 women working there so she didn't know. Told her what I needed she stated she will look into it and call me back. Needless to say I was on hold for about 31 minutes, because what I needed was very important in reference to their patients. During the time on hold I can hear the music stop and then come back on. As if someone was checking if I had hung up yet. I never met Dr. Gregg Pearson but if his staff is any indication of his services. I will pass. It's sad that their unprofessionalism can put a sour taste on a person's mouth when he's probably a great MD. But I am never going to find… out. '

You will sit in the office for a minimum of an hour or more office manager lies about you and forget about any tests you have had done they say that they are to busy to call you with test results the fact is the doctor is very greedy so he double and triple books clients so he can make as much as possible per day so you suffer their are better doctors in the area stay away! !!

I voiced a complaint and instead of a phone call from the so-called physician I received an angry call from the office staff saying repeatedly "you're wrong." Really? A competent physician would have expressed concern and contacted the patient himself, not allowed the ignorant desk clerk to do his work.

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR, unless you want to deal with rude, incompetent staff. They are unable to navigate the managed care system and will leave you to fend for yourself. Greedy so-called physician does not follow-up, does not return calls, unconcerned with his patients well being.

I have NEVER waited so long to be seen, even by specialists, than I do when waiting to see Dr. Pearson. He, himself, is typically a great doctor but everyone has their bad days, right? I usually have a great experience while he's actually in the room with me but lately it seems that he's lost his "luster"(? If that's what you want to call it.) Waiting times have just gotten longer and longer and the time spent on me seems to be getting shorter and shorter. He is a great doctor but seemingly under too much stress or maybe has too many patients now. I've had to go to the ER or urgent care too often for things that my family doctor should be handling. Like, the need for antibiotics for a UTI, meds and blood work for Lyme's (I instantly had the bullseye), being sick for far too long so possible need for antibiotics and need for prescription strength cough medicine, etc. When calling to make an appointment there have been times very recently that I was told the next available appointment… isn't for 2 weeks. That's unacceptable for a family doctor. This review is hard to write and it's hard to contemplate leaving his practice because I do love him and feel very comfortable with him but I'm starting to get really frustrated with appointment times, waiting times to get/have an appointment and the "new" hit or miss mood/attitude he's going to have. :/

I have been a patient of Dr. Pearson for 15 years. Even my 2 daughters and son -n- law are also his patients.

Very apprehensive about changing my PCP after 17 years. Was very superseded and happy after my first appointment. The physician assistant was knowledgeable and really listened to my story and ailments. I'm an RN and I know good pcp when I see it. Glad I'm a new patient at this office.
