Dr. Gregg Steven Zernich, DO

The providers in this practice are fantastic however dealing with the staff is a different story. One woman, Samantha. has been rude, unprofessional, and difficult every time I have spoken with her. She is interested in doing the bare minimum required of her and getting done with her day. She is not helpful in passing along messages, and calls are rarely returned in a timely manner. It's frustrating to likely leave a practice with wonderful providers but it just is not worth the hassle of dealing with the staff.

Dr. Greg is the best doctor ever!

First time I called, the older woman (receptionist, I think) hung up on me the first time. The second time, I told her what I wanted and she said "that she did not have time to deal with my issues, and that she had five other people on hold" than hung up on me. If this woman is an example of what I can expect at that office, then I am not going to waste my time on this doctors office. This doctor just lost three possible new patients because of this rude woman.

EXCELLENT doctor in all aspects of the title. Great staff also.

Tried to contact Dr. Zernich by phone. Rude receptionist left me on hold for eight minutes the first time, and five minutes the second time. Unable to schedule urgent appointment, so I'm looking for another doctor with a much more courteous staff.
