Dr. Greggory Steven Hurlbut, MD

I've had such poor experience at several recent visits that I've decided to pursue other practitioners. No bedside manner, talks in circles, and leaves patients confused. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Poor bedside manner the few times I have seen Dr. Hurlbut. I would not choose to see this Doctor in the future.

I am waiting for a pathology report from a clinical person in this office. I was given my report from a phlebotomist in the office. Was not given any explanation of the report. My report is from advanced medical imaging, had a needle breast biopsy. It's very concerning that nobody would call me and explain this report to me. I find this office completely inadequate. It's very concerning for patients.

I am waiting for a clinical person from this office to call me and let me know about my pathology report, from advanced medical imaging. This office is very inadequate ,there is obviously a communication problem in this office. That's very scary for patience.

No bedside manner. He does not relate to female demographic on any level.

I went to the ER 2 days ago after suffering an injury to my lower back. That doctor wrote me a script for pain killers and muscle relaxers to help ease the muscle spasms. The ER doctor told me I might have a herniated disc in my back. Was told to follow up with a primary doctor. I could not see my regular doctor so I saw Dr. Hurlburt instead. He had me stand on my tip toes, bend over, stand on my heels etc and I was struggling to do so. He in turn rolled his eyes at me. Later he asked me if I’ve taken any aspirin, I said “no I have not, just the prescription the previous doctor gave me.” That is when he started screaming at me and accusing me of refusing to follow his directions. He also said “let me break this down for you in baby steps” while he insulted my intelligence. I asked him if we were having a communication problem which seemed to upset him even more. My friend who was with me stepped in while he was screaming and belittling me and clarified that he asked me if I had taken… any aspirin and I simply said no. In no way did I refuse the care he was giving me. He told me that I should not go to work the next day and I told him I have to get back to work because it is my job and I have two children I provide for and he got mad at that as well. Dr. Hurlbut is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. Do not recommend!!!

He was not very caring or effective in treating my daughter and myself when we had whooping cough. I would never recommend him.

I like dr hurlbut as a physician, but the wait times are horrible. I just waited over an hour for an appointment and ended up leaving because he wasn't even close to seeing me yet. I feel like every time I have an appointment the wait times are beyond ridiculous.

Walked out on my appointment never excused himself and never returned to appointment

He is the worst doctor I have ever used. He may work at a family physicians office, but he is THE WORST! Do not use him as a doctor for yourself or your children. He may be smart in the field of medicine, but it all comes down to how he treats the patients. When you tell someone that they are probably just having a miscarriage and that they need to get over it!! Who does that?? Well he does. When you are having problems breathing and are having a panic attack because you can't breath, he just tell them that there is nothing hecan do, not even give them suggestions on what they can do to calm down ! He is complete crap! He is the reason people hate going to the doctors. Trust me there are WAY better physicians at South Lincoln Family Physicians, and the staff is the best!!! So if you go to SLFP go with any other doctor but him!! (personally I would recommend Dr. Denell, he is amazing)
