Office refused to see me - 3 yr patient - after I was in a minor car accident. Although unhurt, I was advised by EMT's to check in with my doc after about 10 days to be sure. But this office would not even schedule appt; said I should go to ER. Literally advised the most expensive care anywhere, when I wasn't even hurt! I've got excellent insurance, never failed to make any payment, nor was I looking to "cash in" on some "lawsuit jackpot" - just wanted one standard visit to get checked over by my family physician. Pretty low risk to them, and I would've paid in advance if they'd asked. They wouldn't even respond to my follow up letter explaining this situation and asking why they wouldn't see me - just ignored me. Apparently they are far too busy (or looking only to get paid), so I'd recommend seeking medical attention elsewhere. (Or at least, don't tell them the truth if you've been in an auto accident!) My wife and I will be looking for a new family doc.

Your staff is rude and uncompassionate they hang up on you they deny you your medications and they do not respond to the pharmacies with the request for refills and then they drop you as a patient without letting you know they leave the patient suffering. And it's flat out told to go find another doctor.

I can not reach them by Phone... Goes to voice mail and no one returns calls! P

My mother was a patient of Dr. Allen’s. She died unexpectedly in her sleep. After ten days of her lying in the morgue my step father finally had to go sit in his office and refuse to leave in order for him to sign off on the death certificate. This shows total lack of sympathy and disrespect for grieving families.

We have been going to Dr. ALLEN for many years. He and his staff really care and spend quality time with us. I would highly recommend his office.

doctor after doctor told me my thyroid was fine. then Dr Allen found my issue and is currently treating it. Go see him before you give up :)

This Dr has sadly become much too focused on taking your money rather than helping your become healthy. I was sad to witness the decline of his business and become a casulty of his greed. THe office staff is rude and dismissive, the Dr contradicts himsefl during your visits and is in such a rush to get to the next patient he never even asks if you have any questions. And he doesn't tell you when he leaves that he's not coming back, instead he will say something like "let me look into that" and you will sit waiting for him to come back with information when instead a nurse or MA returns and ushers you out the door. Very poor quality of care.

I have been seeing Dr. Allen for over ten years. It is my experience that he treats his patients as he would one of his family members. I never feel rushed out of his office and he ensures that he has treated and or addressed each medical concern I have without fail. I recommend Dr. Allen to all of my friends.

Dr Allen is knowledgeable, courteous, and has a wonderful bedside manner. The only reason I didn't give five stars relates to follow up by his office.
