Doctor was courteous

Everyone treated me with respect and explained everything about my test results

The Dr and assistants are good, but the doctor never returns urgent messages or phone calls or prescription refills.

I hated everything about my experience with this practice. I'll limit my remarks to only the most egregious. First, I was in and out of there in a record under 10 minutes, no exaggeration. I saw a pregnant nurse practitioner (only relevant because that was her last day before maternity leave) for a computer-prompted history that took less than 5 minutes. The NP left to "consult" with Borowski. They were back in 2 minutes with a prescription for the newest miracle drug. Gave me samples and sent me on my way. No summary of the visit provided, but I got a copy later from my GP. No instructions for accessing their patient portal. Rescheduled my follow-up twice to accommodate the new NP assigned to my case. Went for blood work today since appt was 1 week away. No order for an a1C. Called Borowski's office. No order in my chart. Makes me wonder how they presumed to do a follow-up with no new measurements. Cancelled my appt and will never go back.

Always a positive experience in visiting this office. Wait time in outer waiting room is short, as is the time waiting in the exam room.

very good physician. his experience is valuable. makes you feel at ease but he is not a psychiatrist.

Great doctor for my thyroid

Contrary to other reviewers, I have had no problem with the office staff or Dr. Borowski. I have found him very thorough and concerned about my symptoms and he helped me find additional help for a new problem that was outside his scope of practice. I rarely have to wait long in the office. While computer time does take up some of the visit, I am used to that as I also work in the health field and use one too. He has helped me diagnose and treat a fairly uncommon condition and has always been responsive to my concerns.

The woman that answered the phone, when I called, was so rude I choose to go elsewhere!

First visit for a newly diagnosed thyroid problem. Did not ask me any questions re: how I felt or symptoms. When I asked for information on it he said "Read these" and gave me to hand outs. Spent more time on laptop inputting notes than talking with me.
