Dr. Gregory Vaughn Brewer, MD

Dr Brewer has given me excellent care ,he has also been wonderful to my family, he is so sweet and easy to talk to. I would want him to treat all my loved ones. Dr Brewer you are the best!

I had a serious heart condition he deemed as I k enough to be medication controlled until Cleveland clinic looked over everything and I needed surgery ASAP.. had surgery and Cleveland sent me back to another cardiologist to do a serious follow up echo and yet again Dr Brewer was on vacation when they tried contacting him.. and they refused to speak to his ever present nurse.. Lucy.(who misdiagnosed me twice).. so in a moment of tantrum refused a copy of my echo to the Cleveland clinic appointed cardiologist and two days later I received a certified letter stating I can continue receiving care from the new cardiologist and not him and I have 30 days to have all my records transferred.. Haha he is a huge life like walking circus... also believes weight and blood pressure doesn't play a role in heart disease... if your under 50 and will have questions.. don't go to him.. he will think your questions are saying he doesn't know his job... while waiting they all talk and joke for 30min or… more about food and other Dr's..

Terrible staff

Great doctor, very knowledgeable and spends time with patient clearly explaining the diagnosis.

Kind doctor and is very interested in his patients.

It's been since 1996 since Dr B set a LAD stent in, and a second was needed in 2001 (had to wait for insurance to deem ":sufficiently blocked") I'm still here, and with a high quality of life. Knowledgeable about what he does, Personality wise, bit brusque perhaps, although never rude, demeaning, or insulting. Informative, thorough, always updating his education. Exactly what you'd want, when you need those skillsets. I'm living, and living well, TYVM.

I have spent very much time with Dr. Brewer. He has always been polite and knows what he is talking about. He spends a lot of time explaining everything so that I understand and answers all of my questions. I would recommend him to everyone!

This guy is a joke. I had to wait in a room, wearing a gown, while he and his staff ordered in and ate lunch. Then, he left to attend to an emergency patient in the hospital. While that is totally acceptable to me, waiting for him to eat lunch for an hour is not! The ER referred me to him, so he knew I had come from the ER with heart problems. Total lack of concern.

I have read the comments. I hope I don't have to wait that long. I also like for my dr to discuss what he thinks may be wrong and what treatment is best for me. I do not want unnecessary tests because I have to pay 30% of this bill. I will not see a nurse and pay the copay that I do for a specialist.A nurse is not a specialist and she does NOT know as much as a Cardiologist does..I will also want a second opinion if he starts ordering tests that he won't know for sure why he is doing it.Thanks for the reviews and I will see what this appointment is all about..

He might not have known what was wrong with me but he was very diligent in finding out. he was very through. I trust him totally with my life.. He is a great dr.
