Dr. Gregory Cannarsa, MD

Dr. Cannarsa is very informative, detailed, educational, and patient. He takes his time with you and answered every question we had during our visits. After my robotic assisted L1-S1 laminectomy, foraminotomies surgery, I feel truly at 100%. Before surgery, I had pain in both of my legs that went down to my feet but I can say that it’s cleared up 95%. I’ve recommended Dr. Cannarsa already.

Dr. Cannarsa is very transparent, honest and gets to the point. After my robotic assisted right L5-S1 surgery, I feel great… fantastic honestly. I can say I feel like I am at 100% now compared to how I was before surgery. I’ve recommended Dr. Cannarsa already and will continue to do so.

Dr. Cannarsa is compassionate and a good listener. We didn't have to wait long for our visit. He was able to get me into surgery rather quickly, and the process wasn't difficult. After my Robotic Assisted Left L4-5 Microdiskectomy surgery, I had minimal incision pain and feel great. I can say he completely got rid of my sciatica pain. I definitely would recommend him to family and friends - as a matter of fact, I've already referred him.

Dr. Cannarsa is intelligent, easy going, articulate, and friendly. He's open to all questions and answered all of them. After my Robotic Assisted Revision Lumbar Fusion and Extension to Lumbar 1 with L1-2 TLIF surgery, I couldn't believe how good I felt. After I woke up, I felt amazing! No pain. It truly was amazing. Before my surgery I wasn't able to do a whole lot and now I am amazed at how great I feel. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone.

I was in pain for 4 month, with a pain level of 10/10, and lost 10 pounds. The day after my Robotic Assisted T11-12 Laminectomy surgery, I was feeling amazing. He has a perfect bedside manner; he is relaxed and is never in a rush. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was reassuring. The office staff is professional and friendly. I have already recommended him to my friends who have back pain.

I recommend Dr. Cannarsa. The whole experience was five stars. The timeliness of scheduling a consultation, the procedure, and follow-up appointments was exceptional. Another great thing was the ability to have the initial appointment, the procedure, and the follow-up all at the same place. The location of it all is quite nice and convenient. The staff was exceptional as well. They communicated clearly and articulated what was needed. I was able to get all my questions answered each time I called. My T10 Balloon Kyphoplasty went well, and so has the recovery. I feel much better!

Dr. Cannarsa was very informative, and the process of scheduling my L2 Balloon Kyphoplasty was seamless. The procedure was scheduled within a week, which was great. The staff was also great. You could not ask for better communication. I never had to worry about not getting a question answered or receiving guidance. My procedure went well, and I had no issues afterwards. I feel good, and I recommend Dr. Cannarsa.

From the beginning, everyone was extremely nice. Dr. Cannarsa did not try to push surgery right away; instead, he first referred me to pain management, where I received an injection that lasted four months. I liked the fact that he has a conservative approach. Before my Robotic- Assisted Lumbar 3-4 Laminectomy & Synovial cyst excision, I had difficulty walking. I am 100% better now. I can stand and walk with no issues. I am so much better that I can cry. The process of scheduling the surgery was easy, and I was confident that I was going to come out ok and I did! I recommend Dr. Cannarsa.

As a petrified soon-to-be patient in horrendous pain, Dr. Cannarsa's office was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. At my first office visit, he showed me my images on the screen, took time with me, and explained everything. After discussing my diagnosis in detail, his staff helped coordinate and schedule my surgery at Physicians Regional. Dr. Cannarsa was on time, attentive, and welcomed me before surgery. After my Left Lumbar 3-4 Microdiscectomy, I have felt no incision pain, and it almost feels as if it were done by laser. I was 90 percent better immediately, and I had tears of joy! Although my leg pain is still gradually improving, the surgery itself was a total success, especially when considering the very grim outlook I had before the surgery. He is a miracle worker!! I haven't felt any pain or issue in my back since then. His staff, Vannesa, Juliana, Deybi, and Sabrina are outstanding. They got back to me in a timely manner. Being a new Florida resident, I immediately… felt welcomed by the attentive, caring, and fun staff. The nurses, anesthesiologists, and hospital team were cheerful and very attentive while preparing me for surgery, and each person took the time to introduce themselves. I especially enjoyed meeting Kay; she was so fashionable and wonderful to talk with.

Dr. Cannarsa is overall a professional, at 100%! During the visit, he provided me with all the details up front and explained everything thoroughly. After my T12 Balloon Kyphoplasty, I felt fine. I woke up the following day, amazed and with no pain at all. I had dealt with pain for months, and I was happy that, for the first time in months, I didn't need to take pain medication anymore. It was a very invasive procedure. Dr. Cannarsa is a great doctor and with all of his training, it reflects how he is. I would absolutely recommend him without a doubt!
