Dr. Gregory Dowbak

Let me just say Dr Dowbak herself is wonderful! Great bedside manner, super personable and very sweet. That being said, my review is more on new life than Dowbak. First thing is - I look the same as I did off the table as I did before I got on it and I wholeheartedly believe that’s because Dowbak herself did not physically perform my operation but rather “stood in“ while her assistant performed the operation. (I am currently awaiting my medical record from the surgery, although I am certain it won’t clearly state my suspicions to be true.) And let me just say that I believe So because of numerous reasons but the main ones being: me and another woman came in within minutes of each other and were brought to the back for markup maybe 20 minutes apart and right after I was marked up so was she in the next room over. Most importantly, I did not see Dr Dowbak not ONE TIME after she marked me-not once! Not heading to the OR, not while in the OR before going under and not after the procedure.… Lastly, when you book with Dowbak you’re fully under the impression the operation will take place in the aesthetically pleasing, beautiful New Life building until days before your SX or until you get the exciting email telling you what to do the night before what to expect etc in the fine print (if you even bother to read that far) where it says you’ll be operated on at Glamorous Life Cosmetics which let me tell you is no New Life building but rather more reminiscent of a hair or nail salon as it is a store front in The Little Havana neighborhood of Miami... although a nice neighborhood and a clean suite, they do not promote this place nor mention it. I spent so Much money for nothing. It’s truly disheartening. All I hope is that my suspensions are incorrect and Dowbak actually performed my SX herself with her hands. Ladies please- DO YOUR RESEARCH EXTENSIVELY!!

She is super kind & compassionate. She made feel like i was apart of her family. She kept me informed every step of the was. And her staff didnt leave any questions unanswered. My coordinator was always prompt getting back to me. I would definitely recommend friends & or family members to use this Dr. my results are great. Im pleased with all aspects

Dowback said he could remove a cyst on a finger joint. He removed the cyst all right, he removed the entire finger joint and couldn't even bother to fuse it so it was straight. I spoke to two attorneys about suing for malpractice, both said I had a good case but the settlement would be so small it wouldn't be worth it, unless I was a concert pianist and he had ruined my career.
