Dr. Gregory Charles Dowling, MD

From the moment the doctor walked in to the room during my last (and final) visit, his demeanor was one of complete irritation at my very presence. I have constantly felt dismissed when I have asked questions (including when I have requested certain metabolic tests suggested by my mental health provider). The nurse, Stephanie, has never had any form of positive 'bedside' manner. There have also been scheduling issues; anything from their switching of systems (which caused texts and appointment reminders to not be sent out), Stephanie claiming to be able to perform a given duty only to be informed (while I was on the way to my appointment) that she was in fact not able to (which resulted in me being considered a last minute cancellation), to not even being informed of a follow up appointment. I have been penalised at work because of his office's inefficiency in filling out/sending paperwork required by my employer. Overall, I have felt belittled and that the doctor is arrogant and… mostly concerned with pushing medication after medication.

Dr Dowling will take the time necessary to discuss and evaluate. My family has been going to him for 8+ years.
