Dr. Gregory Ronald Emkey, MD

Not thorough. Has assistants do medical treatments instead of doing it himself. Timing do to do treatments is highly irregular, to the point that medical insurance companies refuse to pay the proceedure that they normally pay with ease. Poor attitude!

Very thorough and explains everything to you. Fast responding on figuring out your problem and coming up with an individual plan.

A very down to earth individual who treats the patient as a whole person rather than only treating symptoms. I had thorough testing and investigation of the causes of osteoporosis to work to a treat the causes of the bone loss rather than the previous doc who simply wanted to increase bone mass without looking at where this issue was coming from. He educates patients on all the options, takes time to answer questions, and diligently works toward optimal treatment. Once treatments are established, the highest standards of monitoring are put in place to ensure success. I highly recommend Dr. Greg, he won't let you down.

After waiting one hour, he body shamed me, telling me, next time he sees me, he wants to see a lot less of me. And going on to say, stay out of trouble, and try to stay out of jail. And if I do go to jail, I should call his brother, who is a lawyer. He is the most unprofessional Doctor I ever had. He spoke to me like someone of the street, pretending to be a doctor. I would not recommend this guy to care for my dog. Please save yourself the time, and money. I have now heard a lot of people complain about him. His dad is a doctor in the same practice. I've heard good things about him. So try to get in with the dad. I never write bad things about people, but he is the worst.

I can totally agree with most of these comments listed. He is a cocky, inexperienced doctor. He made me feel like a fool.

I went to write a review, but decided to read some of the ones previously posted. I was truly shocked by anything but a five star review. It’s clear that you can’t make everyone happy and those who gave Dr. Emkey a one star review probably haven’t been happy with any doctor (Either that or they are medicine shopping). Anyway, he’s an excellent doctor who has always given me the necessary time every time I see him. You can tell he cares and is literally a life saver! Thank you Dr. Emkey (and staff), you guys are the best! Keep up the good work helping those who need your help.

He comes on like a cocky expert, but in reality is a novice who places his practice on inexperienced assisstants.

When I first met with Dr. Emkey, I was confident he was going to finally help me where no other doctors could. He felt confident that I had Ankylosing Spondylitis and that he was going to be able to treat me for it and finally get me pain relief from the agony I was (and ma) in. After my bloodwork came back without the inflammatory markers he was looking for, he basically threw his hands up and stopped helping me. He kept saying he would lose his license if I tried certain medicines that I know have been used to treat Fibromyalgia. He was extremely rude to me and treated me like an idiot. If you don't have a clear cut disease, do not go to him because he is useless.
