Dr. Gregory Thomas Flynn, MD

So he is a really nice Dr, seems cool and laid back but I would reconsider seeing this doctor who does a fake discectomy, some kind of fake discectomy. I was told by my doctor That it was “not really a full discectomy” hospital words! if you are there for back pain I really recommend you trying else where first, but to each there own. Get second opinions go to a chiropractor first because Dr Flynn will poke around in your back do a Botched discectomy and then you will still be in the same pain and he will just refer you to someone else. Cuz he got his money out of you. Did I mention I went to a few doctors after him and they never even heard of him so he is not that know. My honest opinion I should of never let him do anything to my back he did more damage then good and don’t let him use the %rates saying that it happens. Find someone else, do your research. Speak to a neurologist who specializes in spine reconstruction

Dr Flynn is a true life-saver for me. A fall left me crippled by low-back pain. For 10 yrs no doctor could see the cause of my pain, but HE saw the 2 disc bulges in my lumbar spine. He carefully explained my options & recommended Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy (TED). Incisions were minimal & results are wonderful--no more walker, only occasional cane, depression gone. Staff are all very kind, helpful & professional. Lobby, exam rooms & surgery suites are immaculate. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Gregory Fynn is an interesting creature. I wouldn't say that I am completely dissatisfied when I see him, he does seem to want to help, at least a little. And yeah his office decor is a bit dated, and his mannerisms a bit brash, and he only employs women in his office (at least 9 (ranging from 30yo to 108), or 11, depending on whether or not you're in the half dilapidated surgical room), and he does seem to have a speech impediment. But he looked at my MRI scan like he knew what he was doing, and agreed to do the surgery that everyone else said is unnecessary. It's been about two months since he worked on me and his physical therapist techs are complete darlings, and if the new pain ever stops and I actually get better than I was prior to surgery then I'll update this rating.

Dr. Flynn is an amazing doctor that knows his stuff. I was in a wheel chair for years because I have RSD. With Dr. Flynns help I got out of the chair and off pain pills. I moved to Michigan and miss him and his staff. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on me.

I trust Dr. Flynn with pain management for my neck and back. Not only with medications, but also pain management procedures (RFA, and nerve blocks). Additionally, he spends enough time with me and explains things well.

Courteous staff. Dr Flynn's nurse and he himself were concerned about my symptoms and took the amount of time to accurately understand everything. Excellent staff.

I had seen Dr Flynn back in the late 1990s and he was a good, caring doctor back then. He help continue to work for a long time before my back injury forced me into the surgery room by 2002.
