I saw Dr Forstall in the hospital last month, he and his assistant were great, listened to me and respected my input… fast forward to today… another infection, I did not want to spend 4 more days in the hospital, called Mclaren Flint who paged the doctors, within 10 min she called me back, FaceTimed me and called me in the antibiotic that I need!!! Plus she will contact me tomorrow to bring me in for IV antibiotics if it doesn’t start resolving with oral antibiotics.. recommend them highly

No real office, no or extremely slow response to calls. PA who saw spouse in hospital ER wrote plan before reading chart. Then read chart and had to change orders. Told to follow up in office in 2 days. HAVE NO OFFICE TO DO THAT. Would not recommend this practice to any patient ever

Dr. Forstall visited me while I was in the hospital. He was an absolute kind gentleman with bedside manners that was more than I could ever appreciate as he actually listened to me and his sense of humor made me laugh at a time when I needed a good laugh. He was thourough when reading what the other doctors had recorded in my medical files. I so loved his visits that I am going to switch doctors and follow up with him now that I have been discharged. What a true blessing Dr. Forstall is!

My experience with this doctor and his staff was great. The office staff was kind, considerate and efficient. The doctor was personable and vompassionate. He took time to listen and was very professional.
