Dr. Gregory Fryer

I enjoyed my consultation with Dr. Fryer today, he listened to my concerns and provided necessary insight which aligned with the research I had already done regarding functional medicine. I am excited to have the opportunity at this phase of life to take ownership of my health, have access to a life coach, and a physician who is aware that our bodies are designed to heal and repair themselves with the right guidance, nutrition, and necessary testing, which is often not promoted with conventional medicine. This medical office is managed like no other. You are required to attend an orientation, which last between 1-2 hours. The orientation does provide helpful information regarding Dr. Fryer’s medical approach and his wellness program, but it also does a good job of getting you to buy into his program. It’s sort of like a sales presentation. After the orientation, if you’re interested in him becoming you're PCP, you have to schedule a consultation that you will pay for upfront and out of pocket (roughly $85-ish). The consultation is an opportunity for you and Dr. Fryer to have conversations that will determine if you and him are a good fit for one another. The consultation is NOT covered by insurance. During the consultation you and Dr. Fryer will discuss your medical history. He recommends that you bring any lab testing, list of medications, and/or any other medical documents that would serve as useful information. At some point during the consultation he will discuss his wellness… program in greater detail and how it could help better your life and health. He also discusses how insurance companies DO NOT and WILL NOT cover anything regarding the wellness program. He recommend his 6 month wellness program for me. The 6 month wellness program would have cost me approximately $4,400 out of pocket. He also mentioned that the 12 month wellness program is over $9,000. He mentioned there were only 3 ways to make the payment. Those 3 payment methods included paid in full upfront, 2-3 payments plan, or a medical loan. The “catch 22” of all of this, and the determining if you and Dr. Fryer are a good fit for one another, is that you have to participate in his wellness program in order for him to be your PCP. That’s why I titled this post “double edged sword”. Keep in mind, insurance companies do not pay for the wellness program.

Dr. Fryer is the first doc I've ever had who really tries to help solve the problem instead of just prescribing medications that only treat symptoms....and in many cases are not worth the side effects. He understands the medical crisis we have in this country and will coach you to a healthier life!

I felt extremely unsafe with him in the room. He is so weird and act s like he knows NOTHING about what's going on. Had to ask his assistant which instrument to use. He treated staff very poorly in front of me. He was EXTREMELY rough to the point I'm scared to go back to see a family doctor. I'd rather just be sick.

I have had 0 problems with Dr Fryer. I do not know what is wrong with everyone else here, but I have had no problems whatsoever. He went out of his way to help me. He did not try to change my medicine. he told me that my care was in my hand which is true. No problems at all.

Absolutely the worst dr I have ever been to!!! I agree with these comments he was awful and also took me off medication cold turkey! He acted horrible toward me and did treat his staff with no respect just as he did me absolutely awful!!! Wish I could give him no stars he is not worthy

Skin color has nothing to do about this! He has been extremely helpful with my wife and myself. Dr. Fryer has always has the best interest and his staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Highly recommend him.

Where do I begin...first off after many visits he got me mixed up with another patient and talked to me about medicines I didn't even take, the wait time was not long at all but not worth it he seems like a amateur not to mention he stopped my medicine I've been take for years cold turkey. Obviously he knows best though. And like the other reviews very strange acting, skin color was a problem for me also I won't be going back they also want to refer you to other doctors that are 1 hour away! Really.....don't make the mistake of giving him the time of day I feel bad for the staff.

He is a absolute quack. Very unorganized and strange acting, I felt unsafe every time I went there. No wonder he never has any patients when I go there. The dr office is very small only two exam rooms you would think because it's so small it would be different. I always got extremely nervous when talking to him and I also notice how the treat people of there skin color....not impressed and won't ever go back.
