This platform seems to be where the negative reviews are so I am posting here. From the moment I called for an appointment, the lady at the desk was very polite and professional. I'm a bit nervous so I had some questions. She understood and answered everything in detail for me. She assured the entire staff would keep me comfortable and informed about what they were doing and what needed done in the future. The assistant was thorough and got a history from me-which was lengthy. The doctor was gentle and explained everything to me. My teeth felt so amazing when we were done. His technology was impressive. I'm not sure how someone could post a review saying the office isn't clean. It sure looked and smelled fresh to me. It's a lovely office and I am so glad I called and looked beyond these reviews that seem angry.

I was leery based on Vitals reviews but all his other reviews were great so I gave them a try. The woman at the desk was wonderful and accommodating with my difficult schedule. I'm unsure why people have put that the office isn't inviting or clean. It is really nice and modern looking. The assistant took details on why I was there and explained procedures. I have never had some of the procedures done by a few different dentists in the past. My teeth felt amazing and were so clean. I also didn't even know the tooth I needed pulled was out. Thanks to them, I now have trust in my dentist!

Front desk staff not the friendliest they have not problem putting you on hold for 10 mins or more and then hangning up . when you call back they sent the calls to voicemail. Makes me wonder about the dental work!

In all fairness, if you are in need of something simple like teeth cleaning you might be safe. More complicated procedures would not be recommended at this Dental office. My daughter was to have 2 teeth filled, the mission was not accomplished and both teeth have broken off. My daughter had a sore from the procedure on the side of her mouth that has left a scar. Their answering machine is always on and they are very hard to reach. We made several phone calls and left several messages before someone finally returned our phone call. The receptionist was very rude, confrontational, inconsiderate, and extremely unprofessonal. As a mother I realize that I made a bad choice with choosing this dentist
