Dr. Greco and his staff are wonderful! I have had several procedures with Dr. Greco and he is so wonderful! I am always so pleased with the results! Dr. Greco and his staff are very compassionate and positive. I have referred several people to Dr. Greco and they always thank me. Dr. Greco takes a true interest in his patients as does his staff. I have also had my face lasered by his nurse Laura and she is wonderful as well. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon that you can truly trust, Dr. Greco is your doctor.

Doctor Greco and his team could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. He and his staff were caring, compassionate, and welcoming. They made me feel extremely comfortable and met my needs entirely. I have never felt more confident as a 22 year old undergoing a breast reduction. This surgery was absolutely life changing for me, I am overly satisfied with my results, and I cannot thank Doctor Greco, Alexis, and the rest of the staff for all of their help! HANDS DOWN THE BEST DR EVER! Dr. Gregory A. Greco and Alexis and all the nurses and staff have been nothing but amazing! Very pleased with how my whole process went and of course how my new nose looks! Dr. Greco has many years of experience in rhinoplasty and I love my results! Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and thank you for having such great staff! I recommend them 1000%. Best thing about my procedure is that I did NOT bruise as much as I thought I would or how I've seen pictures on the internet. Also, I personally didn't feel any pain after my surgery, a bit of discomfort the first night but after my post op appointment I felt okay! He truly is amazing.

I went to Dr. Greco for a panniculectomy and other procedures to be considered. I had my panniculectomy done and after a few weeks I advised him and his staff I felt a tear in my stomach and I felt as if an internal stitch tore. I immediately noticed the lower left side swell up. I made a call to the office and was seen. I was told by Dr. Greco he "did the best he could with what he had to work with". I understand I was a weightloss patient and my skin was stretched however, I know he could have fixed this issue AND made it look better, not give me a "you get what you get" attitude. about a half of an inch and slightly to the right of my newly moved belly button was also swollen immediately after and I was told the swelling would go down. its been 5 years and I am still lumpy in those areas. He did a poor job and refused to fix it. He and/or also threatened me with a bill even though I was told looking at my concerns wouldn't be charged. He and/or threatened me with the bill in order… to stop me from constantly calling requesting he fix his botched surgery. 5 years later I am still extremely unhappy with the lumpiness of his poor skill and lack of care to fix the mistake.

Recently had botox and consultation at MPS and I had the BEST experience with Alexis (NP) and the Office staff. Getting in touch and ahold of the office was easy. They were ALWAYS available via phone or email-answered all questions thoroughly. Once I was there (Oops 10 minutes late & they were extremely accomodating) I was immediately @ ease with all the precautionary safety measures in place. V. efficient and safe. Once I was with Alexis-I was comfortable explaining to her my concerns. Alexis is an angel that knows her stuff!!!! She explained EVERYTHING. I'm extremely involved in my care and she was able to empower me with the knowledge and vocabulary needed. My botox is fan-freaking-tastic. I'm singing their praises from the roof tops of Monmouth County and I can't wait to go back ( for the filler I was apprehensive about.) MPS, keep up the great work! See you soon :)

I was referred to Dr. Greco for breast reconstruction surgery. From the first appointment, he was so compassionate, kind and professional. He explained everything in detail so that all my questions were answered before I was even able to ask any. He’s been very supportive post-surgery as well. Beyond that, I am extremely happy with the surgery results! His expertise in this area is excellent. It was the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. I also need to give a shout out to his nurses and office staff. They are the best – warm, kind and very supportive during a difficult time. On the administrative side, the office is always pristine clean. Consistently good experience at each appointment with almost no waiting time. I highly recommend!!
