Dr. Gregory Lewis Hazle, MD

There are not enough adjectives to describe what an excellent doctor Dr. Hazle is. He has been my primary care physician for 20 years and other than a few tangles with his staff, he and his care have been wonderful. I am 65 now and began to see him at age 45. I attribute a lot of my good health to his care/rreatment and can state that I have never had a surgery as his preventive care is so good. He is an exceptional person as well and always takes the time to truly listen to me as a patient, and take my opinions on my care into account.

When my grandson was due to be born, Dr Hazle came to the hospital to deliver him as it was a high risk pregnancy. He was scheduled to not work that night, but came in knowing my daughter needed him. He is a wonderful doctor. I have referred several people to him and everyone is highly satisfied. My only concern is a personal one. I am pushing seventy and I don't want him to retire until I am gone. He has assured me he has no plans for an early retirement!

Dr. Hazle has been my physician for many years and he has been professional and thorough. The staff has been kind and helpful. I've enjoyed the association with their office and the care Dr. Hazle has provided.

Dr Hazle diagnosed me with Diabetes. He had me stay in the office until I was able to reach a friend for support. He also arranged appointments for nutritional and other counseling. He was incredibly supportive and compassionate. I won't see any one else.
