Dr. Gregory Laurence Heacock, MD

My family has been a patient since 1993. He has operated on three of us and could not have asked for a more caring doctor. He is right-on with his diagnosis and his treatment plan. His bedside manner is to be commended. He is a people-person who cares about his patients and listens to their concerns. His staff is efficient and friendly. The office is modern snd spotless. I would highly recommend Dr Gregory Heacock.

Saw Dr. Heacock for the first time and was so impressed by how he diagnosed mot only the issue I came in for and then removed a bump from tongue that will be done under my insurance at no charge. Other doctors would have had me make another appointment so they could charge the insurance co twice. This is integrity.

I have been going to Annapolis ENT for more than 2 years now and I see Dr. Gregory Heacock. I have nothing but positive experience to share. Staff is very friendly and pays attention to details, for example, they always check for available credit on my account before charging a copay. Dr. Heacock performed surgery on me with excellent results and came up with an effective medication plan to keep my sinus health in good shape without surgical intervention going forward. His manners are impeccable and he can clearly explain the root causes of health issues and how he plans to resolve them. You can tell he really cares about patients and working in their best interest. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Heacock every year and can recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a world-class ENT/surgeon.

Dr Heacock is an exceptional Doctor and a wonderful person. He treated my grandson with respect and provided the best possible care. He takes time to explain what your options are and what is entailed in the procedure he will be performing. He called the evening of surgery to check in with my grandson to be sure everything was fine . I don’t know many Doctors that do that after a long day of surgery. His great staff at the surgery center followed up in the morning. WOW....what a great experience!! We are returning for some additional surgery and highly recommend Dr. Heacock and Annapolis ENT. The staff are pleasant and welcoming and very efficient. Bravo to all for a job well done!

Dr. Heacock's experience and skill level are second to none, especially when dealing with complicated cases. His attention to detail guarantees minimal blood loss, pain, and disruption. A game changer for those suffering from chronic sinus/ear/throat issues. Also treats with methods other than surgical where he can. Great bedside manner and appreciates the patient experience. If you do need surgery, he contacts patients himself to follow up in the days after to ensure they are doing okay.
