Dr. Gregory James Healey, MD

Caring and companionate staff. Take all concerns seriously, and have no trouble explaining the medical science if you have questions. I'd highly recommend him both as a primary care provider and as a pediatrician.

I started seeing doctor healey about a year after my migraines and awelling started. I had been pushed aside and basically told I was exaggerating my issues. From the first time i saw doctor healey he knew I wasn't exaggerating. He didn't stop trying until he figured it out. He literally saved me. I dont know where id be without him! His staff is also amazing! They know me by name and no matter the type of mood i was in they always had a smile on there face and always understood. Hands down best doctor and staff around!

There is no possible way for me to explain the gratitude I have for Dr.Healey and his staff. Dr. Healey has been my doctor for 17 years or longer. Dr.Healy doesn't fly threw the exam like some doctor do, and he never makes me feel rushed. Dr.Healy and staff have always answers all my questions. No one has ever made me feel like they were going out of their way to help me. I’m sure you’ve all had one of those doctors who are always in such a rush. They rush you so much you can’t remember anything you wanted to say, and what you can remember to say seemed like you inconvenienced the doctor. Dr. Healey and his staff truly care about the people they care for. My kids have never dreaded going to the doctors. Dr.Healey has been our pediatrician, our family doctor, shoulder to cry on, our referee when my daughters and I don't see eye to eye, he’s just an overall good guy. Everyone who works there is absolutely amazing. When you go to a doctors and they actually remember the patients, that to… me says something. The only way you will really understand what I’m saying is if you go there. Dr. Healey and Amanda absolutely amazing! Hands down best doctors I’ve ever been to, medically, and the best bed side manner.

I've been going to Dr. Healey for 17 years. He is caring,knowledgeable,and down to earth. You won't find a better Doctor anywhere.My entire family and many friends agree, Greg Healey is the best !

Dr. Healy is a kind, gentle man who cares deeply about his patients. I guess first and foremost is that he is an absolute crackerjack of a doctor. DO NOT let the size of Canton, NY fool you. If you like numbers, go by the size of his PRACTICE. He stays very current research, and simply knows a lot of things other doctors do not. He will give you all the time and care you need, and graciously so. I have lived in 7 states and 14 towns/cities, and he's the best I've ever known. Period.

Dr Healey is a caring individual that treats his patients with respect and actualy take time to explain everything to you during the visits and then takes time to talk to you after he has taken care of your appointment. I would recomend Dr Healey to everyone

Dr. Healey is a great physician. If you want to know how good a physician is, ask a nurse. Dr. Healey takes care of dozens of nurses, and hundreds of their family members.

Both, Dr Healey and Michelle listen to my concerns as a mother. They spend the time needed to reassure me that everything is ok or to explain whatever it is that may be going on. They treat my whole family including my 4 children, 2 of whom have had past medical issues. They are healthy and thriving, and my anxiety has decreased dramtically thanks to them both. Completely disagree that Dr. Healey dispenses medications recklessly. I love that they know my kids well enough to know that just because they may be smiling, it does not mean they are not sick. They know that if my son is asleep when they see him, he is very sick. They know that he goes from one extreme to the next in the blink of an eye, and are always very willing to see my kids, usually the same day I call. The love they show for the kids is very much worth the wait it sometimes takes in the waiting room! Not every doctor is going to be 100% correct 100% of the time. I am very comfortable with Dr. Healey and Michelles… opinions. As a matter of fact, I have had far more misdiagnoses in the local ER. Example: A spinal tap being done on my 5 yr old, being told nothing was wrong, just to end up back in the ER the next night to find out he had strep. Not the first misdiagnoses from this particular doctor. my son ended up in another hospital for a week when he was 1, due to this same doctor misdiagnosing him.

Dr. Healey found life-threatening pneumonia with our otherwise healthy 20-year-old son, admitted him to ICU, and saved his life. Not an exaggeration - he really did. We will happily forego a little bedside manner (which wasn't bad at all) for a good diagnostician.

Does not spend enough time to find out real problems. Dispenses medicine recklessly.
