Dr. Gregory Aaron Hightower, MD

Dr. Hightower was a great doctor who cares about his patients and listens to try to find a solution that best helps me. He is one of the best physicians I have ever had in my history of doctors. i trust him with bettering my health plan and health. Glad God has used his life in medicine to help others.

Dr. Hightower is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He has helped me tremendously with my medical problems and has me on the right track. I highly recommend him and his professionalism.

Would recommend checking Google reviews and 40+ reviewers who disagree with a few disgruntled patients. Make your own decision on their trusworthiness.

Vindictive, Lying, Non Caring, Non Professional, Evil, Evil Man. After I left a Google Review, I magically recieved 3 different termination notices and got a visit from CPS. The FIRST thing CPS asked was, "Did I make anyone angry". Hmmmm, ole Gregory did NOT know ANYTHING about me before he overrode a Medical Director from a pain management facility and refused to continue my pain regiment. Why? "Because opioids aren't healthy for anyone". Greg is severely obese and is worried about health of others. Hypocrite. I asked his office not to bias my 4th G.I. doctor by sending any notes. I needed them to look at a medical photo another doctor was forced to take after he fired me for saying, "I'm losing faith in the medical community". Greg Sighpower would not look at the photo, defended the lack of pathology medicaly withheld to "get back at me" for calling the manager, there by forcing the G.I. doctor to do the operation. I have ridges and furrows in my esophagus and food often got stuck.… The 3rd G.I. doctor said, "Those are not normal and should be in the pathology". Sighpower isn't even a G.I. doctor, and he told me there's nothing wrong with my throat. I Have Ehler's Danlos Syndrome and feel like I'nm being ripped apart daily. I just took a 4 hour physical test that says I'm disabled and my pain is not being managed well. That's because I had to start over and you know what, my new doctor put me right ba ck on the pain medicines the MEDICAL DIRECTOR SAID I NEEDED. I got one referal from Hightower in the months. I needed 10+ different ones. I got ONE, the same GI doctor I got a termination letter from when I posted a comment on google about hightower. I got my NEW doctor, and I'm not stuck in bed crying anymore from pain, and I now have sen 10+ doctors. I needed a lifetime worth of tests in a year, and hightower wasted many months by purposely not helping me. He works in the same hospital half my visits went to. He didn't give me a physical, argued with me, lied about "itiology", hadn't read any of the numerous doctor reports or medical journals I brought, and he's wants to say I have a PERSONALITY DISORDER after talking to me for a few minutes??? Gregory Hightower, in my non medical opinion, is completely psychotic and needs severe mental help. The God ego doesn't help anything, and he literally makes stuff up as he lies to you, to your face. I have never been in disbelief like this. Is this REALLY HAPPENING??? Come to find out, as EVERY DOCTOR I SEE NOW I relate the problems with greggy and how evil he is to the doctors actually trying to help me. They are ALL in disbelief, and one doctor told me a few weeks ago they have heard many things about Gregory Hightower, he actually has a reputation. The Big Wig directors at Ascension sent me a dumb letter, after I ALREADY moved on from craptowers shoddy and dishonest garbage practice, saying "We had a fractured relationship" and I would be let go. I already moved on. I hardly qualify a doctor who goes out of his way to not be a doctor, but rather an egotistical lunatic bent on revenge as "fractured". This is beyond fractured, that mans needs serious help. Stay Away.

Poor Medical Practice A complete waste of time unless you can self-diagnose and only need lab confirmation. After waiting 4 days for lab results I was told to go to the ER if I needed to see a Dr to make a diagnosis and prescribe meds. If I’d wanted to see an ER doc, I would have gone there first. Silly me thought I had a primary care physician! This practice is a joke. The person who answered the phone (Amanda) was inattentive, argumentative and lied — stating she had called the previous day and left a message. She became defensive when I said I’d received no call. My intent was to make sure the office had my correct number which I had updated when I called initially and was told to go to the lab. Apparently that number was not entered into their system. Add inefficiency to my list of complaints! This is not a medical practice but another group of bottom feeders dining off Medicare and private insurers.
