My mother's visit to this laser business was nothing short of a horror story. She went in with hopes of removing some sunspots from her body, but instead, the treatment left her with a painful rash covering her skin. We were devastated. What's even more disheartening is how the business handled our complaints. When we reached out to them about the adverse effects, they simply ignored us and refused to acknowledge any fault. The lack of accountability was astounding. I cannot stress this enough – stay far away from this place. Their treatments not only didn't work but also caused harm, and they refuse to own up to it. Find a different laser business that values its customers' well-being and takes responsibility for their mistakes. This one is not worth your time or money.
