Dr. Gregory T Hutchens, DDS

I just want to say Dr. Hutchens is absolutely magnificent. However, there is one office staff in particular by the name of Brenda that is hateful, self centered, does not have any customer service manners at all and is very inconsiderate to patients on the phone. The receptionist turns patients down one day prior to their scheduled visit due to a family members balance being unpaid in full. She does not need that job, does not need to be on the phone with customers and brings the dentist himself a loss of income. In my opinion Dr. Hutchens better get her out of the office before he winds up losing lots of future patients due to his very rude and inconsiderate staff. As for me and my family we will be finding another dentist to do our dental work. So right here he has lost 2 customers. Sorry Dr. Hutchens but your office staff needs to be replaced.
