I am a long time patient of Dr. Gregory Isenberg. For years I am getting professional medical service provided by Dr. Isenberg and deeply thankful him for that. The office of Fr. Isenberg is professionally polite and responsive. Patient B. Barishpolsky

Summary â?? Stay away at all costs, The doctor and the staff â?? uneducated, unprofessional and below the standards of US regulations. We have visited two times and both the times the experience was awful. Let me start my review first reviewing the doctor. The doctor doesnâ??t communicate well, He started a test which require examination of the test site after 24-72 hours (as per Human Health and Services (HHS)), but he doesnâ??t care whether I can visit again within 24-72 hours or not, he didnâ??t ask, what if I cannot visit him within next 24-72 hours because of my job or any other reason. He just started the test even without asking me. Secondly, Iâ??m also in the healthcare industry and Iâ??m well aware about this test and how to conduct the test, and he did it incorrectly, purposefully, so that the patient has to go through an additional routine, which requires chest x-ray to get the accurate results. So for the chest X-ray he directs me to Jeffersonâ??s Radiology which is few… blocks away. Iâ??m very confident he is doing a business with Jeffersonâ??s Radiology by directing patients purposely to get unnecessary tests that patients do not require. Iâ??m going to complain about his behavior to BBB and HHS. Iâ??m going to take every action possible to stop these kinds of Freud doctors; HHS should really re-evaluate his eligibility as a government-approved physician. Second the staff â?? There are two staff members (one African American and other Eastern European). Both of them are very unprofessional, lousy and very inefficient in work. They have miss-placed some of my medical records. Seriously â?¦? YES, they lost those documents, and fortunately I had some copies of my own. What if they mixed-up patients medical records? They are not qualified to do their job functions, very inefficient and very unprofessional. They donâ??t know how to greet their customers, and simply they are the most disgusting experience I ever had in health care industry so far. Are the labs and healthcare practice are up to US standards? Well, I donâ??t know, as Iâ??m not qualified to assess the standards, but Iâ??m very skeptical about that too. So, as the summary, 1. If you a new patient â?? Please stay away from this place and the doctor at all cost. 2. If you have been a victim of this physician â?? please speak up and take necessary legal actions to stop these kind of fraudulent physicians. 3. Existing patients â?? Please re-evaluate and leave at all cost.

Doctor told me my papers for my immigration would be done between 9 and 12 one day. I did not get my papers until 1pm and waited two hours for the papers that I needed urgently. After he filled them out I had to wait one hour for for the secretary to come back from lunch to give them to me.
