Dr. Gregory Kent Johnson

Absolutely NO bedside manner, actually, he was downright rude. My appointment was at 1:15 and he finally came into the room at 2:15. He wrote in my chart notes that he spoke “at length” with me about my issue, but he spent less than 5 minutes in the room. He was very condescending, said he “sees injuries like mine 10 times a week”. Half of what he notated in my chart was incorrect, so he clearly made things up. He didn’t listen to the very few things I was able to say. His conclusion on my X-rays was the opposite of the doctor & radiologist that I saw in the ER. Labeled me as “clinically depressed” because I was in tears due to how much pain I was in. Overall, I don’t trust his opinion. I will not be following up with him and would never recommend him to anyone.

Probably the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. May be a good surgeon, but totally inept at expressing any understanding of what a patient is going through. Nearly scared my elderly mother half to death with his callous comments about the conflict between her surgery and hear heart medications. His office staff runs around like they are afraid he is going to have a tantrum. Think this guy is on the spectrum. You can do better.

After billing $ 1,005 for a closed treatment of pelvic ring fracture Dr. Johnson supposed to see me at no charge during 90 day period. My next visit was indeed free of charge. But the following one has been interpreted by Dr. Johnson as not related to my injury regardless I was still enduring a permanent pain in the same area since I got injured. So I was billed another amount of $ 155 for the treatment which had been already prepaid.

I destroyed my knee on my dirtbike. Dr. Johnson met me int he emergency room and took care of me through post-op care. My experience was excellent and I'm back on my dirtbike again.

excellent experience from beginning to end for knee surgery so extensive that I almost needed knee replacement surgery.
