Dr. Gregory Katz, MD

What can I say. It's a trip to the doctors office, but they are all very friendly there, very efficient, and Dr. Katz has always taken great care of my eyes. He even came in to see me one Sunday morning after an eye injury that I had - way beyond what I expected. Sound office with no complaints from me. Would highly recommend Dr. Katz and his whole office.

I have been seeing Dr. Katz for 3 years now. I was sent to see him from my optometrist who told me I had glaucoma. He spent a lot of time going over the options for treatment, and I decided to have a laser to treat my glaucoma. It has worked well. My pressure is much lower, the glaucoma is under control, and I have not had to use any drops. He is very nice. I couldn't be happier.

I have been seeing Dr. Katz for over 20 years. I had been losing vision from glaucoma when I was referred to him, and he has kept my glaucoma stable without any further visual loss every since I was sent to him. I could not be more happy with his care, and with the staff at Huron Ophthalmology. He always washes his hands before seeing me (which not all my doctors do!), he listens to what I say, and he always finishes our visit by asking me if I have any questions. Recommend him highly!

Everyone who works in the office is so friendly and accomodating. Dr. Katz is thoroughly professional. He was recommended to me by my primary care physician, I could not be happier with his care. You will not find a better, more caring doctor than Dr. Katz

This was my first visit with Dr. Katz. Check in line was a little long, but after that things moved smoothly. Dr. Katz did what seemed like a very thorough exam. Nice guy. He even realized that I had previously had lasik surgery although I had forgotten to tell him. Overall was very happy with my visit

Went in for routine exam. Really nice staff. Doctor seemed very knowledgable. I have healthy eyes, so didn't really need any treatment for anything other than glasses, but very happy with the doctor and the office.

Have been seeing Dr. Katz for my glaucoma. He got it under control when U of M could not despite surgery there. I was experiencing noticeable vision loss from my glaucoma, which has completely stopped since Dr. Katz got my glaucoma under control. Extremely happy with him!

I am so pleased with the cataract surgery I had done by Dr. Katz. He told me it wouldn't hurt, and he was right. It was absolutely painless. And I can see so well now! Have sent several friends to him - they have all been extremely happy also.

Could not have been more pleased with Dr. Katz. Friendly, professional, intelligent. I had been to the Kellogg Eye Clinic 4 times - given 4 different medications, none of which worked. Dr. Katz diagnosed my problem on the first visit, prescribed effective medication, one followup visit to make sure things had cleared up. Excellent

I found Dr. Katz patronizing from the start, but tolerated it until I had problems following cataract surgery. I tried to tell him there was a problem. He patted my knee and said be patient. A week later he made an emergency appointment for me with a retinologist. He also failed to disclose that he had an ownership interest in one of the surgery location options he mentioned, stating only that it had the latest technology. He also failed to discuss lens options until I was already under sedation. I would recommend anyone but Dr. Katz.
