Every aspect of my surgery from the office, to Northwest Specialty, to post op care and pain management, to rehab was stellar! Dr Keese was patient, listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and went over X-Ray images with me. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The ancillary clinical staff, Kyle (PA), technicians, and cast/splint staff were very competent and skilled. Best of all, the outcome of my surgery restored strength and function to my hand. Terrible response to any questions. No pain control after surgery. Had an infection post op and no one called. Had to go somewhere else to deal with the issues.

This Dr. seems nice but ultimately proves unhelpful because he does not listen to what the real issues are. Decides on a course of action much too quickly. Long wait times. Staff a little frosty.

My partner cut through an artery and 60% of his thumb tendon on a glass. Dr. Keese performed the emergency surgery to patch him up. Dr. Keese explained to me in the ER what was going on and visited me after surgery in the waiting room . He arranged the PT and was very clear about what he wanted the therapist to do. He's friendly and caring. More than anything , my partner made a 100% recovery.
