Dr is and has been good

It seemed like they would lose $5 every time they spoke a word. It was as if the goal was for me to utter as little speech as possible. All that is the worst about modern American healthcare. Patient last.

Provider did listen and answer my questions but he seems cold and unconcerned.

Very good experience meeting with Dr Lamberton as a new patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Lamberton since 2013, and he has always provided excellent care.

Not sure if provider is overworked, but felt like he was trying to get out of the room to his next patient during the visit. Did not explain much nor provide further insight. Had to probe provider with questions to get him to stop looking at the computer and discuss possible etiologies of my shooting pains. Referred me to PT but noted that it will take months to get into a treatment plan with them. Thankful for prescription and hope it provides some relief.

This dr. Did surgery on me and TOLD me I had another stone he needed to remove because he couldn’t reach it when he did the surgery about 2 weeks later after he ordered all kinds of tests I started having pain again... I went to see him and was told he couldn’t help until I got another X-ray which wouldn’t be until the next morning almost 24 hours later... they said I could go to the ER (another 75 dollar copay) I told them I would buy a bottle... several hours later I passed the stone with no pain meds.. if you’ve ever had a kidney stone you understand... it was big!! I got the X-ray and delivered the stone and X-ray to his secretary. And told her he was fired!!!! His nurse wrote me a drs note and the secretary and nurse both apologized... I will be finding another urologist if I ever need surgery again!!!

Given the level of pain I experienced with a massive kidney stone I would have welcomed Atilla the Hun for relief! That being said, I found Dr. Lamberton to be professional and talented...absolutely engaged in treatment and resolution of my poor kidney. Please people who use a specialty physician..”do you homework”! Research your health problem and possible treatment..follow your physicians advise..be responsible for your body and it well being! Again...huge thank you to Dr. Lamberton and his staff!
