Dr. Lanouette saw my mother who is 94 years old. He spent about 5 minutes with us and told her that her bladder issues, she couldn't void and had to be catheterized often, were because of constipation. He ordered no further tests and didn't examine her. I felt that he didn't address her issues.

Started with Dr. LaNouette in Honolulu in the late fall of 2017. Had two kidney stone procedures (one with stent/one without). Dr. Greg had the best bedside manor ever. Was knowledgeable about what I had and how to treat. He made me feel totally at ease with my issues and followed up with me by phone after my procedures, which never happens with other doctors. Was extremely sad he had to leave Honolulu. Would highly recommend him to anyone!! Plus his staff in Honolulu LOVED him!! Great person!!

I felt my issues were not addressed. I felt rushed and was not given the opportunity to discuss my concerns. They were quickly passed over as "old age". I left the office disappointed that I wasn't given any solutions.

He was very rude and brash. Wasn't responsive to questions, and I got a UTI after procedure.

Dr. LaNouette is the best specialist and perhaps the best Doctor I've ever been to. He's very knowledgeable and always is upbeat and professional. He is extremely competent.
