I have been a patient of Dr. Lunceford for a few years now. I have never experienced customer service like this at any doctors office. Brandy has helped me countless times with no hesitation. I look forward to my visits at the office. I feel welcomed and I'm not afraid to ask the front desk staff for assistance because they are always overly accommodating. I'm so glad Brandy is back. The office is always busy and the phones stay ringing, but I'm always treated great and I always leave smiling. I hope Dr. Lunceford know's he has a jewel in his office. I love my doctor.

My wife and I used this practice for about a year. My wife kept going back about every two weeks because she was not getting better. In fact, she was getting worse. Each time she went there, she spent about twenty minutes only to get another medication prescribed to her. Several times, it was a medication she was already talking. And she got worse. She was told that, if she did not get better, hospitalization was on the horizon. Bear in mind, my wife has a history of suicide attempts. She was also told they were there for her, and to call if she needed help. Finally, my wife decides she needs to go to the hospital, because they are not helping her. She calls the practice for their help in doing this. She was told one person was on vacation, and the other would not be in until midafternoon. The person answering the phone could not even tell her which hospital they used. Anyway we got her admitted. While there, Dr. Lunsford visited the floor twice, without seeing her or having a single… word with her. As a matter of fact, while I was waiting in the hall, Dr. Lunsford passed me. I said "hi". He lifted his head, made a grunting sound, and continued past me. His people skills are somewhat lacking. Maybe they can help you, but they could not help my wife. She got worse under their care. We are going to see someone else.

Dec 10, 2018... I have been waiting for over a month for them to submit a prior authorization to my insurance company. They are full of excuses and very unprofessional . Keisha is a ghetto front clerk and Carey is full of excuses. I wonder if Dr Lunceford knows he business is ranso unprofessionally.

I saw Dr. Lunceford while I was seeking inpatient treatment. He was completely unavailable to me during this time and impossible to reach upon my discharge. When I called his office to get his signature on required paperwork for my employer the staff gave me the complete run around and said I would be charged $150 for a signature. Despite calling multiple times a day for over a week I never got in touch with him and no one from his office ever returned my call. I cancelled ALL follow up appointments and would urge anyone never to see this doctor.

I am not a patient because I can see how badly he needs help for himself....seriously!!! GET HELP for yourself DOC!!!!

Listens to what you have to say, seems to be very knowledgable on the latest medicines that are available. Very personable.

Married to medicine....I was like a zombie under his care...I actually had to sign off on him. As he left he didn't wish me luck, nothing...just a number.
