Best doctor in town

I called the day before I scheduled my visit in search of a primary care physician (PCP). I was told that since I was in the system I would just need to bring my insurance card and Driver License and I would be able to go right in. I arrive 20 minutes early and signed in. I was then told that I needed to fill out more paperwork. I did and watched the next person on the list go back to see the doctor. Finally after 30 minutes I was called into the back and asked to give a urine sample. I haven't even decided if I want him to be my PCP. I explained this to the nurse who told me he would want it anyway. I gave the sample and was sent back into the waiting room. Another person who arrived after me and had a later appointment time went in to see the doctor. Then another and another. The place was empty except for me the person behind the counter told me I would be next. Really . . .when you run out of people I get to be next. But that was not true either as a man came in and… went back to check out almost instantly. After an hour and 20 minutes, I told them to cancel me. Read the other reviews on other sites. This is the worst managed medical office ever. I am back searching for a new PCP.

Dr. McKeever has been our family doctor for over 18 years. His bedside manner is amazing! Our family loves him and he always makes us feel comfortable and well cared for. We have full confidence in him because we know that he is extremely thorough and he always takes his time to make sure that he has explained everything to us and that we fully understand what is going on. I would never hesitate to recommend him. He's the best!

Wonderful doctor

This office has to be one of the absolute worst that I have ever had the misfortune to attend. They have you wait 30 minutes to answer the phone before you can even hope to make an appointment for help. I asked if I had to have an appointment for a note, obviously in a distraught mental state, upset and obviously crying, the person asked why I needed a note. In my explanation that my job was about to make me lose my mind, this utterly insensitive person who calls herself a nurse cuts me off with a disgusting attitude, tells me I'm not getting a thing from her office and hangs up on me. A patient requesting mental health assistance. It's super awesome that I'm not suicidal. Can you imagine the crap she'd have to answer for if I were. I have had a really crappy experience every single time I've attempted to get help from these people. They honestly should be ashamed of themselves.
