Dr. Gregory Charles Meister, MD

I would have to give Dr Meister a 10! His skills on none invasive pain procedures are great. His explanations of the anatomy are unparalleled. My wife and I have both been patients and speaking as a retired physician I know who the other Docs call when they need pain management.

I was sent to Dr. Meister by the VA and he and his staff are very professional. Jodi is his nurse, and she is the best. I have had injections there 3 times and yes, he is very busy, but he always seems to make you feel like you are the only patient he has.

Just want you all to know that I gave Dr Meister a bad review and they have blocked it from being seen on this site. He has no follow up and totally messed up my back with a simple injection.

He was very informative and explained everything so we could u sets tans it. He made me feel at ease and I felt very comfortable and knew he was the Best man for the Job. Great beside manor!

He is WAY over booked! Whatever he did to me I had horrible pain down my neck and in the back of my head at the injection sites after an occipital nerve block. I called and left messages 3 times over 2 weeks about my results as I was told to call 10 days after the procedure to follow up and it’s now been over a month since the procedure and I still have not received a call back.

Dr. Gregory C Meister in Wichita, KS performed a caudal epidural steroid injection and the entire staff did a thorough and methodical job researching previous surgeries prior to the actual procedure. After 48 hours I feel a marked improvement and a reduction in pain. He also has a great bedside manner and easy to talk to.

Very good doctor. Has a good sense of humor. Often runs late and I agree he schedules too many patients. has done pain blocks on my mom and sister. We like him, and he explains things very well. I will always go back to him.

I appreciate a professional. This doctor is excellent. I have been to another pain doctor on north Oliver (?), where I didnt even see a doctor and was treated horribly. I think Dr. Meister cares about his patients, and I appreciate his honesty, explanations, and skillset. I agree with other reviewers though, he is way too busy and schedules too many procedures at one time. I asked the nursing staff if he always has so many patients scheduled on one day, and they stated is was his routine. Still, i respect his skills and knowledge.

excellent doctor; he is very technical and detailed oriented. I appreciate that he is a perfectionist, especially when he is doing complex procedures on my spine. My only crticism is that he scedules too many patients at one time. I was at the Derby surgery center and he had 32 procedures that day. I had to wait some 30 minutes, but it was worth it. Then three weeks later I had to go to St. Teresa (since Dr. Meister goes to different places every day to do procedures) and the nursing staf sais he had twenty five procedures, and again I waited about thirty minutes. I think he is funny and he treats me nice and I trust him.

I got in for an epidural 6 days after calling. I only waited about 10 minutes before being called back. Dr.Meeker was wonderful! He came in and talked to me, joked around and put me at ease since I was so nervous!! I will absolutely go back to Dr.Meeker if needed!!!And I will recommend him to anyone!!
