Terrible. Never there. Impossible to get appointment. Wanted to pray with me before biopsy. Practice has his political posters on the wall. Wow.

A terrible place - withheld medical treatment over a disputed yr old bill. When asked why? was told by office manager that EASTERN UROLOGICAL was a PROFIT ONLY MEDICAL FACILITY and they could choose who they wished to treat or not STAY AWAY - If you don't believe me read the rest of the reviews

Due to my condition I have had interaction with Dr. Murphy and his staff on many occasions. I have found them to be compassionate and caring without exception. Wait times are short and treatment prompt. I am very confident in Dr. Murphy and his staff.

When it comes to healthcare there are plenty of providers to choose from. The front office staff at this practice should keep that in mind that their jobs depend on patients and each patient encounter should reflect that attitude. I would drive to Raleigh to see a Urologist if Eastern Urology was my only option in Greenville. De-humanizing, unprofessional, terrible receptionists are employed here!!!

The only thing personalized you will get at this office is a bill with your name on it. If you are seeking health care on an individual basis, this is NOT the place to be seen.

I saw this specialist on the recommendation of my primary care doctor. Terrible decision. I agree with the reviewer that said this office treats it's patients like "cattle". Do yourself and your well-being a favor and go somewhere else for personal, individualized care.

This office treats patients like cattle. There is nothing personal or individualized in the care offered. You will be treated as if you are just another SSN and insurance number. They have a cookbook/recipe mentality to health care. The explanation and responses to disease processes and treatments are robotic. I felt I was listening to a recorded message instead of a physician that had reviewed MY specific problems and addressed me as an individual. This describes the entire office staff. It is obvious that this office is an environment that encourages everyone to herd as many cattle as quickly as possible. ( My consult visit was <5 minutes after waiting 45 minutes.) Sorry I wasted my time and money there!!
