Dr. Gregory Nguyenduc, MD

Dr. Nguyenduc has been my gastroendologist for 4 years, diagnosing and successfully treating me for hemorrhoids, IBS, Diverticulitis, impaction issues, and now swallowing /eating issues related to a progressive muscular dystrophy. Communication is clear, access via telemed or office appointment always available in a reasonable time frame.

Dr. Nguyenduc is amazing. Not only is he down-to-earth and funny, but he is an incredible teacher and skilled surgeon who looks out for my best interest and doesn't try to upsell me with unnecessary procedures. As a patient for the last two years, I've learned a lot about the causes of my gastro issues from him and have been feeling much better since by changing my diet and habits. Normally, I try not to go out of my ways to see a doctor, but with Dr. Nguyenduc, I am willing to travel whatever distance to get treated by him. His Gilbert office is run efficiently, his staff are professional and friendly and you get reports with PICTURES and exactly what he did to resolve a situation the very same day you get any procedure done with him. A doctor like this is hard to find and I am glad I found him as my gastro doctor!

The staff was great made this experience as good as it could be considering it was a colonoscopy. Dr Nguyenduc was really easy to talk to at the consultation. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Nguyenduc has been a blessing to our family. His care & concern has helped prolong my life, which I am very grateful and appreciative of him. I would definitely recommend him to care for my family. Dr. Nguyenduc was compassionate, thorough, and has excellent bed side manners. Office staff is outstanding, and caring too. I was having both stomach issues and some other concerns. My Dr referred me to Dr Nguyenduc. He is super smart and very helpful. I needed an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy which told us what my issues were. The Dr and medical team made me extremely comfortable and actually made me relaxed before and after the procedures. Great Dr, I’m glad I found him and his advice/Med suggestions were spot on.

This guy knows what he’s doing. He’s straightforward, easy to talk to, and explains everything in an easy to understand manner. He listens to you! This is important to me. He’s not one of those doctors putting everyone in a one size fits all box - he works with you. I wish all of my doctors were just like him.

Dr. Nguyenduc was the only dr. to get my issue figured out and get me back on track. Great guy, spends time with you. Explains in a way you can understand medical verbage. Great sense of humor!!! I would recommend him to Everybody!!!

Do not go see this Doctor!!, I went to him 4 years ago & suffered immensely... I went thru months & months of misdiagnosis, his sooo very rude, he be-littled my symptoms, made light of them & had no compassion whatsoever, while in his care, I became so ill & I was down to 89 lbs from 104 & begged for his help, still he continually made light of the weight loss. He was arrogant & repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to speak. When he felt he was done with the visit .... HE WAS DONE & dismissed me like trash. Recently I've had the same issues & was referred to this same place, I asked the staff if I could switch to a different doctor within this office, they refused and said I must see Dr. Nguyenduc since I was considered one of his patients already. Reluctantly I said I would call back & schedule an appointment, but when I did this, they said he (the doctor) did not want to see me, nor would they allow me to see any other doctor there. All because I stated that I'd prefer to… see another doctor. I have since found a MUCH better doctor, and only wish I hadn't wasted so much time with Dr. Ngyun dic.

I was told by Dr. Nguyenduc's staff that my insurance would cover the cost of the procedure and if it didn't, they would call me. They never called me, the procedure wasn't fully covered and I ended up with a huge bill that I can't pay. When I called to try to make arrangements to get the outstanding balance paid, I spoke with a woman named Hettey who was the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever spoken with. Her supervisor, Monique, wasn't much better. Overall, just a very bad experience with this office and the staff lacks any kind of professional manners.
